Early marriage remains one of the social and public health issues that impacts education, reproductive health, psychological well-being, and family resilience. This community service activity aims to increase adolescents’ knowledge and awareness of the impacts of early marriage and to strengthen their readiness to build healthy families through the Pojok Gen-Ready Program. The method used was a participatory-educational approach implemented over ten learning sessions. There were 20 adolescents participating in the activity. An evaluation was conducted using pre- and post-tests to measure changes in participants’ knowledge levels. The results of the activity showed a significant increase in knowledge following the program’s implementation. In addition to increased knowledge, participants also produced various educational materials, including vision maps, posters, health leaflets, infographics, digital campaigns, and a youth movement declaration (Duta Pintar) to reinforce the message of preventing early marriage within the community.
