Low reading interest, limited literacy mentoring, weak reinforcement of religious values, and the absence of territorial information are problems in Lamba-Lamba Village, Central Mamuju Regency. This community service aimed to cultivate a literacy culture, strengthen religious values, and improve residents' capacity through the sixth batch of the Thematic Literacy Community Service Program (KKN) of Universitas Muhammadiyah Mamuju. A participatory approach was applied in four stages: needs assessment, socialization, implementation of ten work programs in three clusters (literacy, religion, territorial information), and qualitative evaluation. All programs were implemented; children showed improved reading interest, listening skills, and confidence; mosque caretakers gained Islamic funeral management skills; Qur'anic reading-writing ability improved; and a village map was produced. This model is applicable, low-cost, and replicable in other villages.
