This article discusses digital-based nagari administrative service innovation as an effort to improve public service quality in Limo Koto Nagari, Bonjol District, Pasaman Regency. The article was developed using a descriptive qualitative approach based on an internship conducted at the Limo Koto Nagari Government Office. The approach involved direct observation, participation in administrative service activities, and documentation during the internship. The focus covered administrative service processes, the use of digital technology, data and archive management, service information delivery, implementation constraints, and efforts to improve service quality. The observations indicate that digital technology has been utilized for population data management, administrative document preparation, incoming and outgoing correspondence recording, and digital archive storage and retrieval. These practices help organize administrative workflows, accelerate document retrieval, and support data accuracy. Nevertheless, digitalization has not eliminated all service constraints. Incomplete requirements, discrepancies in identity data, limitations in facilities and infrastructure, and uneven digital literacy among residents remain challenges.
