This study aims to describe and analyze management functions—including planning, organizing, implementation, and controlling (evaluation)—in internalizing and strengthening the culture of religious moderation in educational environments. A qualitative descriptive approach with a field research design was employed. Data collection was conducted through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation studies. The results indicate that: (1) The planning of religious moderation management is systematically formulated through strategic policy-making, internal regulations, and the involvement of all stakeholders; (2) Organizing is executed by clearly delegating roles through the formation of task forces or religious coordination teams that synergize with the madrasah's management structure; (3) Implementation is manifested through daily habituation, the integration of wasathiyah values into curricular and co-curricular programs, and the creation of an inclusive organizational climate; and (4) Controlling and evaluation are periodically conducted through program audits, behavior monitoring of the madrasah community, and management coordination meetings to ensure the sustainability of tolerance and harmony. Structured and participatory management has proven effective in establishing religious moderation as a sustainable collective habitus.
