This study examines the relationships between organizational structure, organizational characteristics, management style, and work culture. It adopts a quantitative, descriptive and correlational survey design involving 100 management respondents from several companies in Indonesia through a census of the accessible population. Data collection used an online questionnaire, followed by multiple linear regression analysis in SPSS 22. The reported findings indicate nonsignificant relationships between work culture and organizational structure (t = −0.530) and organizational characteristics (t = −1.412). Management style shows a positive association with work culture (B = 0.425), with a reported t-value of 7.165. However, inconsistencies among regression coefficients, standard errors, and test statistics require treating these findings as provisional. Inconsistent model summary statistics also prevent reliable conclusions about explained variance and joint significance. The study identifies management style as a potential factor associated with perceived work culture, subject to verification of the original statistical output. Its contribution lies in examining three internal organizational factors within a single respondent-level model. Further analysis should verify measurement quality and regression assumptions before establishing practical recommendations.
