Cikedung Village, Pemalang Regency is the district’s largest robusta coffee-producing center, yet regeneration among coffee business actors remains slow as only 5% of “Sejahtera Coffee Farmer Group members are under 35 years old. This service activity aims to foster entrepreneurial spirit and youth regeneration through developing a Village Coffee Corner based on barista training and modern management-based entrepreneurship training. The method includes socialization, three-day integrated barista and entrepreneurship training for 25 youth of Cikedung Village, equipment handover, and mentoring and evaluation using pretest and posttest. The partners are the Cikedung Village Government and the “Sejahtera Coffee Farmer Group with 25 members. The activity was implemented through barista training and equipment handover from April to July 2026. Overall, the three instruments (knowledge, practical skills, and entrepreneurial understanding) showed improvement with a moderate N-Gain category (ranging 0.46–0.66), indicating that the barista training was quite effective in improving participants’ knowledge, practical skills, and entrepreneurial understanding. This activity targets 3–5 young barista cadres and a replicable youth empowerment model based on local coffee potential.
