Islamic educational management plays a crucial role in creating a generation of Muslims who excel not only in knowledge but also possess strong moral and spiritual qualities. One aspect that supports the success of Islamic educational management is effective communication in the supervision process. This study aims to analyze the urgency of communication in Islamic educational management, particularly in the context of supervision. The research method used is a literature study, by collecting and analyzing various relevant theoretical and practical sources. The results show that effective communication in Islamic educational supervision plays a crucial role in improving the quality of teaching and shaping the character of teachers and students. Barriers to implementing supervision, such as time constraints and teacher resistance, can be overcome with an approach based on Islamic values, such as trustworthiness, justice, and ihsan.
