The GETRA GF-75 gas deep fryer machine is used in the par frying process at the French Fries Factory of the Potato Farmer Group in Pasirwangi District, Garut Regency. Therefore, the suitability of the machine dimensions to users’ anthropometric characteristics needs to be evaluated. This study aimed to assess machine dimension suitability based on Indonesian anthropometric characteristics. The study involved machine dimension identification and measurement, followed by comparison with secondary data from the Indonesian Anthropometric Database using the 5th (P5), 50th (P50), and 95th (P95) percentiles. The evaluated dimensions included the front height of 85 cm compared with standing elbow height (D4) and the upper width of 40 cm compared with forward arm reach (D24). The results showed that the front height was between P5 and P50 of D4, while the upper width was below P5 of D24. Based on their functional and anthropometric relationships, both dimensions were considered suitable. Further evaluation is recommended to include working posture and workload.
