Air pollution can adhere to the skin, penetrate the pores, damage the protective barrier, and cause dry skin. Air pollution refers to indoor and outdoor air contamination by chemical, physical, or biological substances that can deteriorate natural air quality and cause the skin to become dry. Pandan leaves (Pandanus amaryllifolius Roxb) and butterfly pea flowers (Clitoria ternatea L.) contain flavonoids, saponins, and tannins that have the potential to moisturize the skin. This study aimed to formulate a face mist spray combining pandan leaf and butterfly pea flower extracts and to evaluate its stability and effectiveness. The extracts were obtained through maceration using 96% ethanol, followed by the preparation of four formulations: F0 (control), F1 (5%:2.5%), F2 (5%:5%), and F3 (2.5%:5%). The tests included organoleptic properties, pH, homogeneity, sprayability, drying time, viscosity, irritation, hedonic evaluation, and a cycling test. The results showed that all formulations were stable and met the physical requirements. The average skin moisture levels of F0, F1, F2, and F3 were 37.8%, 40.5%, 44.1%, and 41.2%, respectively. Formula F2 provided the highest skin moisture level and was categorized as moisturizing.
