Abstract

This study aims to examine the implementation of contextual learning and quantum learning models in improving the quality of teaching and learning processes, including in Islamic Education (PAI). The research employs a library research approach by analyzing various scientific sources, journals, and relevant academic articles. Contextual learning emphasizes the connection between learning materials and students’ real-life situations, enabling them to understand concepts meaningfully and apply Islamic values in daily life. Quantum learning focuses on creating an enjoyable, interactive, and motivating learning environment, optimizing students’ cognitive, affective, and psychomotor potential. The findings indicate that both learning models effectively enhance student engagement, comprehension, learning motivation, and the application of Islamic values in everyday life. Integrating these two models allows for a learning experience that is meaningful, enjoyable, and student-centered. Therefore, the combined implementation of these models is highly recommended in Islamic Education and other subjects to achieve optimal learning outcomes.
