PT PLN Nusantara Power UP Rembang is an electricity producer with two units with a capacity of 315 MW, a frequent problem is the mismatch between physical warehouse stock and the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. The purpose of this study is to identify the factors causing the mismatch between the stock of goods in the warehouse and the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and then provide recommendations for improvement. This study uses the Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control (DMAIC) methodology with a focus on fast-moving material shelves (A, C, E, G, I, R & S). Based on the results of the study, shelf I showed the highest level of mismatch, namely 24%. Data processing using a fishbone diagram shows that human factors, methods, and the environment are the most common causes, with the human aspect having the highest influence. Causal factors in the human aspect include incorrect data input, not immediately recording when there is a transaction, being less careful when calculating, and inconsistent placement. Proposed improvements include routine data checking and matching, improving existing procedures, providing open feedback, scheduling inspections, providing feedback report forms and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) violations. In implementing this procedure, the company is expected to reduce the causes of differences in goods, improve recording accuracy, improve efficiency and quality of stock management in the warehouse management system.
