Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a strategic role in the community's economy, including in Bengkulu City. However, many MSME operators have not yet optimally utilized digital branding to develop their businesses, resulting in limited public awareness of their products. This Community Service Program (Kuliah Kerja Nyata/KKN) aims to increase MSME operators' awareness of the importance of digital branding through the development of logos, banners, and social media accounts. The target of this activity was “Sejahtera Bersama” Catering, an MSME engaged in catering services and the production of various types of cakes, including traditional festive cookies. The implementation methods included field observation, interviews with the business owner, logo planning and design, and social media account management as a means of digital promotion. The results indicate that the assistance provided was able to improve the MSME owner's understanding and awareness of the importance of visual identity and digital promotion, while also creating new marketing opportunities that can expand consumer reach. This activity is expected to serve as a model for assisting other MSMEs in Bengkulu City in strengthening their branding and accelerating business digitalization.
