Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) have an important role in supporting the local economy, but still face various obstacles, especially related to strengthening brand identity (branding) and limited marketing reach. This community service activity aims to increase the capacity and competitiveness of MSME actors in Sepatan Village through visual branding strategy assistance and digital marketing training. The implementation method uses a participatory approach which includes observation stages, socialization, training on making product visual elements, and digital media management assistance. Training activities are focused on developing brand identity through the creation of more attractive and professional logos, packaging designs, and product stickers. In addition, participants received assistance in the use of social media and e-commerce platforms as a means of product promotion and marketing. The results of the activity showed an increase in MSME actors' understanding of the importance of product identity in building consumer trust and attractiveness. This program also produced various visual branding attributes that support a more professional product image. On the other hand, MSME actors began to utilize the Instagram and WhatsApp Business platforms to expand their digital marketing reach. Overall, this mentoring activity contributes to increasing the marketing capacity of MSMEs, expanding market access, and increasing consumer awareness of local products in a sustainable manner. Thus, strengthening branding and digital marketing is an effective strategy in increasing the competitiveness of MSMEs in the digital economy era.
