Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of promotion, the image of cooperatives, and service quality on increasing the number of members in savings and loan cooperatives (a case study of savings and loan cooperatives in Tangerang Regency). With an Associative Quantitative approach. The data analysis method used multiple regression. All populations in this study will be a sample, namely as many as 63 samples. The results of the research are (1) promotion has a significant positive effect on increasing the number of cooperative members (2) the image of the cooperative has no significant negative effect on the increase in the number of cooperative members (3) service quality has a significant and positive effect on increasing the number of cooperative members (4) promotion, the image of the cooperative, the quality of service simultaneously affected the increase in the number of cooperative members by F count 12,551> F table 1.99. The result of the coefficient of determination test showed that the value of Adjusted R Square was 35.9% and the remaining 64.1% was influenced by factors other than the variables examined in this study.Keywords: Promosi , Citra Koperasi , Kualitas Pelayanan, Peningkatan Jumlah Anggota

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of product quality, cultural factors and trust on consumer behavior at PT. Hwa Lien Steel Factory in Tangerang Regency. The sample in this study was 60 respondents at PT. Hwa Lien Steel Factory. The sampling technique used is probability sampling technique. Primary data collection was obtained from distributing questionnaires and secondary data obtained from companies. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 26 software. The results of testing the hypothesis with the t test obtained empirical evidence that the product quality variable has a significant value of 10.773 > 2.003, the cultural factor variable has a significant value equal to the result value t count > t table i.e. 4.490 > 2.003, the trust variable has a significant value equal to the result value tcount > ttable, namely 3.088 > 2.003. It can be concluded that product quality, cultural factors and trust have a significant effect on customer behavior partially. The test results using the F test showed that product quality, cultural factors and trust in consumer behavior with a value of F = 79.152 with a probability significance level (0.000) <0.05. The coefficient of determination obtained is 0.799 . This means that 79.9% of variations in consumer behavior can be explained by variations of the four independent variables, namely product quality, cultural factors and trust. While the remaining 20.4% (100% - 79.9% = 20.1%) is explained by reasons other than the model.

Abstract

Management of human resources (HR) is important in achieving goals because the company expects good performance from each employee in carrying out the tasks that have been given. Therefore, the company realizes that human resources (HR) is the basic capital in the process of achieving the goals that have been set. The research approach that the authors use is descriptive and associative research with a quantitative approach. The method used in this research is to use the survey method, where the author distributes questionnaires for data collection. In the results of research on recruitment (X1) and employee performance (Y), the results obtained were tcount > ttable (6.760 > 1.67866) with a significance of 0.000 <0.05. Then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that Recruitment (X1) has a positive and significant influence on Employee Performance at PT Indo Porcelain, so H1 is thus proven (accepted). In the selection research results (X2) and Employee Performance (Y) obtained tcount > ttable (1.764 > 1.67866) with a significant 0.001 <0.05. Then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that Selection (X2) has a positive and significant influence on Employee Performance, thus H1 is proven (accepted). In the selection research results (X2) and Employee Performance (Y) obtained ttable = 1.67866 so tcount > ttable (4.675 > 1.67866) with a significance of 0.001 <0.05 . Then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning Work Placement (X3 ) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, thus H1 is proven (accepted). The overall research results explain that recruitment selection and job placement have a significant influence on the performance of PT Porcelain employees.
