This community service program aims to enhance teachers' capacity to digitally document and report the developmental progress of children with special needs (CSN) through the Lentera application. The program was implemented through socialization, training, and mentoring activities involving classroom teachers, special education support teachers, and subject teachers at SDN 5 Loktabat Utara. Evaluation data were collected through observations, interviews, pre- and post-training questionnaires, and documentation, and were subsequently analyzed descriptively. The results indicated that teachers' understanding improved, with the mean score increasing from 45.15 at baseline to 77.65 after the intervention, representing a 72% increase. This improvement enabled teachers to independently prepare developmental progress reports in less time than was required using manual procedures. Teachers also reported that the application was easier to use than manual reporting methods, provided standardized reporting formats, centralized data storage within a single system to minimize the risk of data loss, and facilitated periodic data compilation. Overall, the program facilitated the transition from manual to digital reporting, resulting in more systematically documented developmental progress data for children with special needs. These data can also be more readily utilized as a basis for planning appropriate learning support services.
