In the digital era, the swift and easily accessible delivery of information is a crucial need, including at the community level. The limited availability of information media in villages is a tangible form of the digital divide that impacts access to information and social participation. This research aims to design and build the Cibetik Environment Digital Information Monument based on a QR Code as an innovative solution to present local information efficiently, interactively, and support the realization of a Smart Village. This study adopts a Research and Development (R&D) approach, combining qualitative and quantitative methods, following the ADDIE development model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). The initial phase includes an analysis of community needs, the design of the monument, and the digital system architecture capable of accommodating diverse content such as history, biodiversity, and geographical maps. The implementation phase was conducted through a limited trial involving 30 respondents, with results showing a high satisfaction level, where 80% of respondents stated they were satisfied with the monument's design, QR Code functionality, and the quality of the digital content. This monument not only serves as a medium for information and orientation but also as a catalyst for increasing digital literacy and community participation.
