Digital-Based Tourism Cadres in Cibiru Wetan Village, Cileunyi District, Bandung Regency, West Java Province Development is essential for the effective management of available resources. Empowerment activities aim to help communities achieve social and economic well-being. One potential strategy for community empowerment is to develop the tourism sector based on local social, economic, and cultural potential, thereby increasing the benefits derived from resources for all stakeholders involved, including the government and local communities. Through tourism development at the tourist attraction in Cibiru Wetan Village, the local tourism industry is expected to grow more rapidly. The primary objective is to implement programs that benefit the community by involving local residents in every stage, including planning, implementation, management, monitoring, and evaluation. These initiatives also aim to maximize the utilization of available resources, including human resources (local communities), natural resources (local natural potential), and economic resources (funding and donations). Furthermore, village tourism offers visitors new experiences, such as living in harmony with the rural environment, breathing fresh air away from pollution and noise, and experiencing and participating in the daily activities of local communities. In this context, tourists do not merely observe the beauty of nature but also experience life within it. Visitors can fully appreciate and enjoy both the natural environment and the socio-cultural life of the village. The community service program was implemented through the following stages: (1) problem analysis; (2) a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) with partners to determine priority needs; (3) training and mentoring; (4) infrastructure and facility development; and (5) monitoring, evaluation, and program sustainability. The expected outputs of this program include improved partner skills, publication in a national journal indexed in SINTA 5, media coverage in Tribun Jabar, publication of video content documenting the activities, and an additional output in the form of intellectual property rights (IPR). The Technology Readiness Level (TRL) of this community service initiative is at Level 2, progressing toward Level 3. The results of the program include improved knowledge and skills among community partners through training and mentoring, the completion of infrastructure and facility development, and the establishment of a partnership between the university and the village.
