<![CDATA[This study was motivated by students’ low numeracy skills in whole numbers up to 1,000,000, which were associated with the limited availability of teaching materials. The aim of this study was to develop Publuu Flipbook-based teaching materials that are valid, practical, and effective in improving students’ numeracy skills. The study employed a Research and Development (R&D) method using the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation), involving 26 fifth-grade students from class 5B at SDN Kukupu 1. The validation results showed that the teaching materials were categorized as “very valid,” with scores of 97.8% from the lecturer material expert, 100% from the teacher material expert, 96.25% from the media expert, and 100% from the language expert. In terms of practicality, the limited trial obtained student responses of 85.74% (“very practical”) and teacher responses of 80% (“practical”), while the extensive trial showed increases to 91.03% for students and 95% for teachers, both categorized as “very practical.” In terms of effectiveness, the average pretest score increased from 60.6 to 87.9 on the posttest, with an N-Gain score of 0.69, categorized as “moderate.” Therefore, the developed Publuu Flipbook-based teaching materials were considered valid, practical, and moderately effective for improving students’ numeracy skills in whole numbers up to 1,000,000.]]>
