<![CDATA[SMA Negeri 12 is one of the Public High Schools located in Lampung province. For the employee data recording process, this school previously still used conventional methods such as office applications (Microsoft Excel or Word) and employee document archiving in cabinets, which often resulted in the loss of employee documents due to unorganized data storage. Consequently, the issuance of letters for teachers and employees who are due for promotion, retirement, or transfer often experienced delays. The system development method used Prototype, and the system design utilized UML (functional requirements, use case diagrams, sequence diagrams, and activity diagrams). The implementation used PHP and MySQL as the database, and system testing employed black box testing. The system facilitates SMA Negeri 12 Bandar Lampung in controlling employee data, creating promotion, retirement, and transfer letters efficiently, and monitoring administration reports in real-time.
