Abstract

The development of this technology is very fast, one of the media that utilizes technology such as application DPB Ranmor 2.0  in Polda Lampung That’s in Play Store. In This Case will be solved by genetic Fuzzy System, most notably the development of the Genetic Fuzzy tree Methodology, have allowed fuzzy logic based Artificial Intellegence to be developed Application that can be applied to incredibly complex problem. The Ability of Information Retrieval to have extreme performance and computational efficiency as well as to be robust to uncertainties and randomness.The concept will be adopted for case Criminal in Lampung. Abstract

The information system of village-owned enterprises is still done manually, and in delivering information to the people in the village of Sidokayao, Abung Tinggi Subdistrict, North Lampung Regency, so that some people do not know about Sidokayo Village, there are bumdes activities, therefore, an application must be designed using internet facilities that can used by the public in accessing information and can save time, thus in Sidokayo village a website application is needed.With the existence of a mobile web-based village-owned enterprise information system it is hoped that it can facilitate access to information and improve services in marketing businesses in the Sidokayo village managed by BUMDes.

Abstract

Sistem informasi terintegrasi tugas akhir/skripsi ini memungkinkan atau memberikan fasilitas kepada beberapa aktor dapat saling berinteraksi sesuai dengan  standar operasional prosedur yang dimiliki oleh masing-masing aktor dan berbasis dokumen elektronik. Adapun aktor yang terlibat didalamnya adalah Mahasiswa, Kelompok Bidang Keilmuan (KBK), Dosen Pembimbing, Dosen Penguji, Biro Administrasi Akademik dan Kemahasiswaan (BAAK), Sekretaris Jurusan serta Ketua Jurusan. Sistem ini memuat aktifitas dimulai dari pengajuan judul skripsi/tugas akhir, penentuan dosen pembimbing, pembuatan surat keputusan pembimbing, bimbingan skripsi, pendaftaran dan penjadwalan seminar proposal skripsi/tugas akhir, penentuan pembahas pada seminar proposal skripsi/tugas akhir, pendaftaran dan penjadwalan sidang skripsi/tugas akhir dan penilaian sidang skripsi/tugas akhir berikut dengan lampiran dokumen-dokumen pada setiap aktifitasnya. Sistem Informasi ini dibangun menggunakan metode Terstruktur (waterfall model). Sistem dibuat dengan menggunakan HTML, CSS, PHP, Bootstrap dan MySql. Hasil dari penelitian yang dicapai menciptakan sebuah web sistem diharapkan membantu jurusan sistem informasi dalam pengolahan dokumen dan interaksi yang berkualitas.Kata kunci: Sistem Informasi; tugas akhir; skripsi; E-Document

Abstract

Goods Procurement Administration Information System is the procurement of ATK / stock of goods as providers or suppliers of goods for smooth operations. Procurement Administration Information System Goods for recording and storing data on goods procurement often occur errors. With the information system prototype Procurement of goods by using Radio Frequency Identification (RFId) technology to be created, it is expected that the process of requesting, procuring, distributing and reporting is more useful to be applied in the future. Software Development Model namely the waterfall model and the Object Oriented Analysis Design (OOAD) model, which is data collection through interviews, observation, object analysis and documentation. The tools used in developing system analysis are Activity diagrams, Use cases, Package Diagrams, Class Diagrams, Deployment Diagrams. Administration Information Systems Procurement of Goods at PT. Bakti Timah Pangkalpinang Hospital Administrative Procurement Information System at PT. Bakti Timah Hospital Pangkalpinang is carried out using a SWOT analiss, system design is described by UML modeling, Programming Language uses VB.Net 2008 and the database uses Mysql. Abstract

CET (Contributions Education Training) is funds have paid for students who will be used to education training. The size of the contribution education training must be paid by different for each class. Lack of information payments the parent barrier communication on payment in schools especially CET payments. Data processing manual pretty complicated and take a long time. Based on these problems them application CET payments android based in Islamic Senior High School Walisongo. This research using data collection method of observation and interview and in the design an application it uses the SDLC (System Development Life Cycle). The research is be a an application CET payments android based later application is expected to assist and loosening students, parents other users in the process of contribution education training payments in Islamic Senior High School Walisongo Lampung Central and can help officers administration until the schools in The registration of payment data CET to be more accurate and efficient.

Abstract

Informatics Business Institute (IBI) Darmajaya is a private university that prioritizes thr implementation of information technology advancement and business. The information system study program is one of the major in this campus. However, it did not have service facilities that eased the students, alumni and lecturers to gain information abaut the information system. The system development method used in the study was RUP (Rational Unified Process) to be used at the system development with these phases : Inception, Elaboration, Construction and Transition. One the website of the information system study program of IIB Darmajaya Bandar Lampung obtained and proposed would ease the study program of information system to give information to the students, alumni, and lecturers. Tthe data security was wholly managed by administration of information system study program. All information availabel on the website of the study program of information system was inputted into the database, so the problem in inputting faults would be established.Keyword: Website; Study Program of Information System; RUP Method

Abstract

Knowledge management is a concept that converts information into knowledge that can be followed up and available with easy means so that everyone can access it. The knowledge of information technology is very important for the community, as one of the software and forums providing information about stom and heart disease, which is located in Dr. H. Abdul Moeloek. In order to develop and maintain the process of learning, innovation and renewal must continue to develop and be sustainable and required facilities or activities that are able to provide information about health, website knowledge management system that is specific to heart and heart disease is designed using the waterfall model method. This website is built using the PHP programming language and MySQL as the database. This research resulted in a knowledge management system website. The use of this website can help the public in obtaining information, provide a forum for discussion and exchange of experiences regarding ulcer disease and heart disease.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan prediksi nilai kurs Rupiah terhadap US Dollar dengan menggunakan algoritma Backpropagation Neural Network. Agar dapat mengetahui potensi nilai tukar Rupiah terhadap US Dollar dimasa mendatang. Tahapan yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini yaitu dengan melakukan perbandingan hasil pengujian dari 5 arsitektur Backpropagation Neural network pada hidden layer. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang merupakan Faktor – faktor yang mempengaruhi nilai kurs. Pengujian dilakukan menggunakan Rapidminer dengan melakukan proses pelatihan data training dan data testing. Dari hasil proses pelatihan data training dan data testing pada kelima arsitektur jaringan syaraf tiruan backpropagation. Menghasilkan sejumlah output berupa chart yang menggambarkan tingkat indikasi kemiripan terbaik dari hasil prediksi dan nilai error RMSE sebagai bentuk hasil pengujian pada arsitektur pertama dengan jumlah rata - rata nilai error sejumlah 4.8665, pada Arsitektur kedua dengan rata – rata 5.0645, kemudian pada arsitektur ketiga dengan rata – rata 5.0095, arsitektur ke empat dengan rata – rata 258.723 dan pada arsitektur kelima dengan rata – rata 262.26. Kata Kunci : Prediksi, Nilai Tukar, Backpropagation, Neural Network, JaringanSyaraf Tiruan..

Abstract

Decision making at a school institution is very important. The principal should make a decision based on long-term calculations and thinking so that the decision to determine the academic achievement of students to be taken is not wrong. In Kebumen Islamic Middle School there are still problems in making student learning reports, to determine students who excel are only determined using report cards, there is no optimal use of student learning outcomes assessment report data, there are still difficulties in knowing the achievements of student learning activities. Using the Analytical Method Hierarchy Process can make it easier for teachers to determine student academic achievement precisely and quickly. The results of testing of the system developed using the Analytical Technical Hierachy Process model can be concluded that the system has been running properly, so that this system can be used to help the school in carrying out the selection of outstanding students. Student Decision Making System Achievement in Kebumen Islamic Middle School uses the Analytical Method Hierarchy Process, this method uses 7 criterion factors namely the average value of report cards, minimum value, total value, attendance, personality, memorization of the Qur'an, and the charter achievement. From the results of the calculation of priorities can be generated ranking of the ranks of the seven high-achieving student candidates ranked first with a priority value of 6.6416 fulfilled by candidate 1

Abstract

Deliberation planning development (Musrenbang) district or city is a deliberation of stakeholders at the district / municipal level to finalize the draft regional government work plan (RKPD) district or city. The regency Musrenbang organizer is the district or city Bappeda. Beginning with the establishment of the Musrenbang Observer Team (Kepanitiaan) by the Head of the District / Municipal Bappeda by involving all the heads of the field in Bappeda. The purpose of this research is to build Information System Musrenbang Development Planning (Musrenbang) Pati District which is used for the management of development planning by Bappeda and the Working Unit. System development method used is System Development Life Cycle. The design of information systems using Data Flow Diagrams (DFD) used to describe information systems development planning consultation (Musrenbang) district at the regional development planning agency (bappeda) Pati district.Keywords: Information Systems; Musrembang; Data Flow Diagram.
