This study aims to describe the implementation of earthquake disaster mitigation learning for students with special needs, conducted by teachers at Special Schools (Sekolah Luar Biasa/SLB) in the City and Regency of Sukabumi. This descriptive quantitative study involved 27 SLB teachers in Sukabumi who completed an online questionnaire on the implementation of disaster mitigation. The collected data were analyzed descriptively using Excel and presented in tables and graphs. The results show that 74.1% of teachers have already implemented earthquake disaster mitigation for their students. As many as 81.5% of teachers considered disaster mitigation important for students with special needs, yet 55.6% had never taken part in formal training. This has resulted in a low level of application of evacuation techniques and simulations. Therefore, 88.9% of teachers strongly need regular training as well as cross-sector collaboration with agencies such as BPBD, BMKG, or the Geological Agency to strengthen teacher competence and the preparedness of students and the school environment in facing earthquake disasters.
