Background: Anemia among adolescent girls is a serious health problem caused by increased iron requirements and menstrual cycles, compounded by low nutrition literacy. Objective: This study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of a nutrition awareness education intervention in improving knowledge and awareness of anemia. Methods: A pre-experimental design (one-group pretest–posttest) was employed involving 26 female students at SMAN 1 Sampang. The data were analyzed using the Wilcoxon Signed-Rank Test. Results: The findings showed an increase in the mean knowledge score from 8.23 to 8.42, with a statistically significant result (p = 0.041; p < 0.05), indicating the effectiveness of the educational intervention. Implications: Structured, school-based nutrition education should be implemented sustainably to improve health literacy and prevent anemia among adolescent girls.
