This study aims to describe the implementation of the “one day one verse” habituation program of Surah Al-Kahf and analyze its role in shaping the religious character of early childhood at TK Raden Patah Balongsari Tandes Surabaya. This research used a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis used the Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña model, including data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the program was carried out every morning before learning activities through reading one verse of Surah Al-Kahf together under teacher guidance. The program positively contributed to shaping children’s religious character such as discipline, responsibility, worship habits, and love for the Qur’an. Supporting factors included a religious school environment and active teacher involvement, while obstacles included differences in students’ abilities and limited concentration of early childhood students.
