The inventory management system at Toko Rahman is still carried out manually using notebooks, which often causes problems such as discrepancies in stock data, delays in transaction recording, and difficulties in preparing inventory reports. This study aims to design and develop a retail store inventory management system based on information technology to help improve the efficiency and accuracy of goods data management. The research method used is a qualitative method with data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observations, and literature studies. The system was designed using Unified Modeling Language (UML) and developed using PHP, HTML, CSS, and MySQL database. The results of the study indicate that the developed system is able to assist the management of incoming goods, outgoing goods, sales transactions, supplier data, and inventory reports more effectively and in a computerized manner. The system is also able to help users monitor stock in real-time, thereby reducing recording errors and improving store operational efficiency. Based on the results of Black Box and White Box testing, all main system functions can run properly according to user requirements.
