Digital finance is reshaping financial services and creating new opportunities and challenges for education. This study reviews the relationship between digital finance and education, with particular attention to financial literacy, digital competence, FinTech adoption, and educational implementation. The review examined 52 studies selected from literature published between 2015 and 2025. The findings indicate that financial literacy and digital competence play important roles in supporting effective engagement with digital financial services. Digital finance may also expand access to financial education and support more flexible and technology-enhanced learning. However, unequal digital access, limited financial and digital literacy, cybersecurity risks, regulatory uncertainty, and demographic disparities still constrain its integration into education. Effective implementation therefore requires appropriate curriculum design, educator preparation, accessible digital infrastructure, and collaboration among educational institutions, policymakers, financial institutions, and technology providers. The review highlights the need for longitudinal and context-sensitive research on the educational implications of digital finance.
