Work culture is a key aspect in supporting the successful management of human resources (HR), particularly in agro-industrial companies where work is complex and involves a large workforce. Strengthening work culture is not only necessary to improve discipline and professionalism but must also be directed toward creating a work environment that upholds the values of fairness, responsibility, the common good, and well-being. This community service activity aims to identify and strengthen the work culture at PT Mitratani Dua Tujuh through the Maqaṣid al-Syaria approach. The methods employed included observation, assessment of the work culture, discussions, education, and guidance on various aspects of human resource management. The Maqaṣid al-Syaria approach was used to analyze the work culture through five main dimensions: hifz al-din (preserving religion), hifz al-nafs (preserving life), hifz al-‘aql (preserving reason), hifz al-nasl (preserving lineage), and hifz al-māl (preserving wealth). The results of the study indicate that these values can serve as a conceptual framework for strengthening a work culture oriented toward integrity, safety, competency development, well-being, and economic responsibility. It is hoped that the Maqaṣid al-Sharia approach will support SDI management that is not only oriented toward achieving organizational goals but also considers the welfare of workers and the sustainability of the work environment.
