This community service program aimed to improve teachers' and parents' knowledge in identifying intellectually gifted and talented children at TK ABA 10 Sumberpucung, Malang Regency. A needs analysis revealed that all teachers had never received training on gifted identification nor utilized standardized identification instruments, while most parents lacked adequate understanding of gifted children's characteristics. The program employed a participatory action approach integrating participatory workshops, simulation and hands-on practice, coaching and mentoring, as well as reflection and evaluation. Participants consisted of seven teachers and thirty parents. Pre-test and post-test were administered to measure knowledge improvement. Results showed that the mean score of parents increased from 72.0 to 79.7, while teachers' mean score increased from 75.71 to 97.14. These findings indicate that the training and psychoeducation program is effective in enhancing participants' knowledge regarding the identification of intellectually gifted and talented children in early childhood education settings
