This study aims to design and develop an Integrated Medical Records Website for midwives in private practice in Semampir District to support the digital management of health services. The developed system is expected to assist midwives in managing practice data, patient data, medical record documentation, and monitoring visit reports in an integrated manner. The system was developed using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method through two iterations covering system design through to the implementation stage. System testing was conducted using Black Box Testing to ensure system functionality, as well as User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to measure user acceptance levels. The results of Black Box Testing showed that all system features functioned in accordance with functional requirements. Additionally, the UAT results indicated a user acceptance rate of 86.59%, leading to the conclusion that the system is user-friendly, supports service delivery processes, and aligns with the needs of independent midwifery practices.
