Abstract

Pedulilindungi application has many benefits but many controversies arise in the community. Various opinions in the form of tweets were expressed by the public, both positive and negative opinions. In this study, the objective is to make a classification model to classify tweets into two types of sentiment, namely positive and negative. The model is made in several stages, namely data retrieval, data filtering, data labeling, data preprocessing, splitting data train and data test, feature selection using Information Gain and Genetic Algorithm, and then classification using the SVM method. The model using two-stage feature selection and SVM method, obtained an accuracy value of 64.08% with 841 features and processing time of 0.033 seconds with 9.6% CPU usage. The model with two-stage feature selection is more efficient and effective than the one-stage feature selection model whose accuracy value is only 60.56% with 1800 features and a processing time of 0.044 seconds with 15.4% CPU usage.

Abstract

Proses belajar mengajar di MI Narrative Quran masih secara konvensional sehingga pemahaman siswa dalam memahami materi terhambat, menyebabkan proses belajar mengajar belum tercapai. Dalam mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, perancangan E-Learning merupakan solusi untuk pembaharuan fitur yang tidak terdapat pada E-Learning sebelumnya yang masih belum dapat digunakan dengan secara maksimal seperti tidak terdapatnya fitur pemberian materi, tugas, dan lainnya.Perancangan ini bertujuan untuk tercapainya pembelajaran di MI Narrative Quran, mempermudah guru dan siswa ketika proses belajar mengajar berlangsung secara online. Perancangan sistem informasi E-Learning berbasis Web ini menggunakan metode ICONIX Process. ICONIX Proses menggunakan pendekatan gabungan dari semua bagian Rational Unified Process (RUP) dan eXtreme Programming (XP) yang tidak berlebihan tetapi tanpa mengabaikan analisis dan desain yang proses dengan metode ini menghasilkan kebutuhan fungsional dan non fungsional, graphical user interface, use case diagram, domain model, robustness diagram, sequence diagram, dan class diagram.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play an important role in the economic development of many cities around the world. The role of MSMEs can encourage equitable economic development which is one of the main pillars of the ASEAN Economic Community (AEC). But unfortunately, there are still many people who do not know how to market a new product and have a large market potential by using internet technology. The ongoing COVID-19 pandemic is causing changes in individual habits which also has the opportunity to permanently influence market developments in the coming years. Many people choose to shop online using e-commerce. The role of e-commerce is very influential in improving the performance of MSMEs. There are several variables in the successful use of e-commerce, including internal and external inhibiting and supporting variables. This study applies the system dynamics method to link the variables of success in the use of e-commerce with variables related to the performance of MSMEs. The results of this study are the success of the use of e-commerce is interrelated with marketing and innovation capability which has a positive effect on the performance of MSMEs. This research is expected to increase the success of using e-commerce in MSMEs, especially in Indonesia.

Abstract

Agricultural development is essential for the community's survival because it is a major source of food. Food production is a critical component of food security. Food security must be improved to meet market demand, and one of the fundamental goals of agricultural growth is to provide sufficient quantities of food. Increasing demand for natural resources, as well as environmental issues, are putting pressure on the current agricultural supply chain, which includes agricultural land suitability. Land evaluation is a process of analyzing land resources for specific uses using an established technique or method, and it is required to incorporate land appropriateness. According to the criteria, the findings of land suitability will give information and/or land use guidance. The land's appropriateness might be evaluated in its existing state (actual land suitability) or after changes have been made (potential land suitability). To address these issues, the agricultural sector must transition from traditional agriculture to smart agriculture. One of the technologies and system modeling that drives the current technique to smart agriculture with an integrated approach to evaluate the sustainability of agricultural land suitability is the geographic information system (GIS). The Systematic Literature Review (SLR) from prior investigations is presented in this publication. The articles are divided into two groups based on their approaches: agricultural land appropriateness for rice plants and the application of geographic information systems (GIS), comprising agricultural land suitability, site selection, and effect evaluation. The goal of this research is to determine what criteria are significant in increasing the quality of GIS applications in agriculture. This outcome is expected to assist stakeholders in formulating policies based on the performance of GIS data management in enhancing agricultural productivity and promoting agriculture supply chain management.

Abstract

The phenomenon of very dynamic and competitive business competition requires every telecommunication company to be adaptive in all changes. Now information technology does not only play a role in supporting business processes. IT is expected to play a major role in supporting the company's agility to adapt to the business environment. Corporate agility can provide various advantages, namely the organization is able to detect changes early and explore various solution options as a decision-making process in creating innovation. This journal provides an effective conceptual model related to how information technology is able to create organizational agility in telecommunications companies. This conceptual model is expected to be a reference for the adoption of information technology in providing a fit impact for the company.

Abstract

 Primavera Futsal Surabaya merupakan penyedia layanan reservasi lapangan futsal. Saat ini proses bisnis pemesanan lapangan, cetak laporan, pembayaran, pengecekan ketersediaan jadwal dan promosi event masih dilakukan secara konvensional. Sehingga proses bisnis pada primavera futsal sering mengalami kendala dalam pengecekan jadwal serta pelaporan keuangan. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, pihak Primavera Futsal memanfaatkan perkembangan Teknologi Informasi dengan merancang sistem aplikasi berbasis web. Untuk membangun sistem, metodologi yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu studi literatur untuk mendukung proses penelitian, melakukan analisis user Requirement untuk mengetahui kebutuhan pengguna dan analisis Iconix Process untuk merancang sistem aplikasi. Terdapat 4 tahapan  dalam Iconix Process yaitu Analisis Kebutuhan, Desain Awal, Desain Rinci dan Implementasi. Penelitian ini menjelaskan bagaimana  mendesain sistem pada Primavera Futsal Surabaya menggunakan analisis iconix process. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat membantu pihak pengelola lapangan Primavera Futsal Surabaya dalam menjalankan proses bisnisnya dan sebagai sumber referensi untuk penelitian selanjutnya.

Abstract

Semakin ramai penggunaan teknologi yang membuat masyarakat merasa diberikan kemudahan. Masyarakat tidak perlu melakukan pemesanan secara real-time, melainkan dapat dengan mudah hanya perlu membuka aplikasi ini. Aplikasi ini juga menyediakan opsi pembuatan pakaian secara custom, prosedurnya sama dengan pemesanan reguler. Tujuannya untuk mengembangkan kreativitas pada customer yang akan membuat pakaian-pakaian unik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi dan studi pustaka. Observasi ini dilakukan dengan mengamati secara langsung kondisi lapangan dan mengumpulkan data yang dibutuhkan. Sedangkan studi pustaka, peneliti mempelajari buku atau jurnal penelitian lain yang  relevan dengan penelitian ini untuk selanjutnya dijadikan sebagai referensi dan acuan dalam proses penyusunan penelitian. Kesimpulan yang dapat diambil adalah aplikasi ini dapat mempermudah dalam melakukan pemesanan jahitan secara online, dapat melakukan custom pakaian, melakukan revisi jahitan serta tidak membatasi kreativitas customer dalam mengupload model pakaian.

Abstract

Using computers at work or others has many positive impacts, including a special program that simplifies data and media processing. Certain software applications will, for some time, require high computer specifications. Many people have computers and want to fulfill the application requirements by selling computers to upgrade the specifications. However, some people are not very knowledgeable about calculating the cost of a used computer. One of the things that are done to make it easier for users to determine the price of a used computer is to create a decision support system that will assist in determining the price of a used computer based on specifications and usage duration. The Fuzzy Logic method was used in this study by comparing the accuracy results of the Fuzzy Mamdani and Sugeno methods. The parameters are based on the purchase price of all computer components, including Processor, Motherboard, RAM, SSD, HDD, VGA, PSU, and Case and usage duration. Fuzzy Mamdani is proven to have a higher accuracy with a value of 71% when compared to Fuzzy Sugeno. Based on measurement findings and a comparison of the methods used. Therefore, Fuzzy Mamdani is recommended for future studies using the same parameters. The benefits of this research include a recommendation system that will make it simpler for the general public to determine the selling price of used computers based on their specifications and usage duration. Another advantage is that it makes it easier for the general population to become a reference when buying or selling used computers, mainly assembled computers.

Abstract

Current digital trends put the need for information at the forefront, making information processingbetween authorities and organizations a priority. Information is a collection of data that has beenprocessed for use in future decision-making processes. When combined, they form an informationsystem. In the economic world, several food-related businesses have implemented informationsystems in their business fields related to data processing systems to carry out computerizedcommercial transactions. However, there are still many businesses that perform traditional serviceswith pencil and paper and have not been able to implement innovative ordering systems based ontechnological developments. One of the businesses experiencing this problem is Dapoer WidyaRestaurant. This study aims to form an ordering system with the PHP programming language and isdesigned using UML models and Augmented Reality (AR)-based menu innovations using Vuporia andUnity3D. System design is built by the SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) method. The result ofthis study is an ordering information system that includes table determination, integrated transactionreports for Dapoer Widya Restaurant staff, and AR-based menus that display 3D views of the menuserved.Keywords: ordering system, menu, augmented reality, SDLC

Abstract

Studio RSB merupakan salah satu studio musik yang biasanya digunakan sebagai tempat latihan paduan suara di daerah Kota Surabaya. Sebagai upaya untuk memanfaatkan teknologi internet yang saat ini sedang berkembang pesat dan juga untuk mempermudah pelayanan dalam reservasi studio, dibuatlah sebuah sistem yang dapat melakukan reservasi Studio RSB secara online. Sebelumnya, reservasi Studio RSB dilakukan secara manual dengan menghubungi pemiliknya langsung. Proses ini dirasa kurang efektif dalam hal pemesanan dan manajemennya. Setelah dilakukan observasi, dibangunlah sistem informasi reservasi Studio RSB berbasis Web. Dengan menggunakan website, pengelolaan akan lebih mudah karena terhubung melalui internet. Dalam pembangunan sistem informasi reservasi Studio RSB ini, peneliti menggunakan metode ICONIX Process untuk tool perancangannya. Hasil yang didapatkan berupa desain antarmuka website Reservasi Studio RSB yang nantinya akan diimplementasikan. Dengan dibuatnya sistem informasi reservasi ini, diharapkan dapat mempermudah proses reservasi Studio RSB serta meningkatkan kualitas pelayanannya.
