This study was motivated by learning barriers caused by students' physical unreadiness during Fiqh learning at MTs Khazanah Kebajikan, South Tangerang. The physical unreadiness was indicated by sleepiness, fatigue, lack of focus, reduced enthusiasm, and decreased concentration, which affected students' participation and understanding of learning materials. This study aimed to identify the forms of learning barriers resulting from students' physical unreadiness, describe the efforts made by the Fiqh teacher to overcome these barriers, and analyze students' responses and the impact of the teacher's efforts on changes in learning behavior. This research employed a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation involving the Fiqh teacher, the head of the madrasah, and seventh-grade students. Data analysis consisted of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing, while data validity was examined through source and technique triangulation. The findings show that students' physical unreadiness appeared in the forms of sleepiness, fatigue, lack of focus, low enthusiasm, and difficulty concentrating. The contributing factors included insufficient sleep, dense school and dormitory activities, organizational activities, assignments, inadequate rest, not having eaten, and health conditions. The Fiqh teacher's efforts included giving constructive reminders, directing students to perform ablution or wash their faces, asking questions, providing motivation, using ice breaking activities, adjusting learning methods, and applying personal approaches. These efforts received positive responses and had an impact on students' concentration, activeness, motivation, involvement, and the creation of a more conducive learning atmosphere.
