This study examined the effect of Green Intellectual Capital and Green Training on the Sustainable Performance of culinary MSMEs in Depok City. The decline in this sector's performance in 2025, accompanied by an increase in daily waste, indicated low insight and adoption of green business practices. A quantitative method with a deductive approach was employed, collecting data through questionnaire instruments. A sample of 100 respondents was selected using a purposive sampling technique. The multiple linear regression analysis proved that Green Intellectual Capital and Green Training had a positive and significant effect (Sig. < 0.001) on Sustainable Performance both partially and simultaneously, explaining 74.9% of the variance. In conclusion, the achievement of MSME Sustainable Performance was largely determined by the integration of strong Green Intellectual Capital and effective Green Training implementation in the workplace.
