Improving the quality of locally based feed through fermentation and supplementation is an effective strategy to enhance the productivity of local pigs. This study aimed to evaluate the effect of different Trypi supplementation levels in fermented feed based on banana stems and leucaena leaves on carcass weight and commercial carcass cut components of Bali pigs, and to determine the optimal dosage. The study employed a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with four treatments and four replications, resulting in 16 experimental units. Each unit consisted of two Bali pigs, for a total of 32 pigs. The treatments were as follows: T? = feed fermented for 28 days with 0 g Trypi, T? = feed fermented for 28 days with 2 g Trypi, T? = feed fermented for 28 days with 4 g Trypi, and T? = feed fermented for 28 days with 6 g Trypi. The results showed that Trypi supplementation had a highly significant effect (P < 0.01) on carcass weight and commercial carcass cuts. Treatment T? produced the highest values for carcass weight (15.64 kg/head), jowl (727.63 g/head), collar (2158.17 g/head), shoulder (3083.51 g/head), loin (3762.99 g/head), belly (3206.41 g/head), and ham (5549.79 g/head), while the lowest values were observed in T?. In conclusion, Trypi supplementation in fermented feed based on banana stems and leucaena leaves improved carcass weight and commercial carcass cut components of Bali pigs. The optimal dosage was T? (6 g), which provided the best overall results.
