This study aimed to evaluate the effect of rabbit-urine liquid organic fertilizer (LOF) on the growth and production of Biograss elephant grass (Pennisetum purpureum cv. Biograss). The study was conducted for three months, from September to December 2025, in East Denpasar, Bali, using a Randomized Block Design (RBD) with five treatments and three replications: P0 (0 L/ha), P1 (200 L/ha), P2 (400 L/ha), P3 (600 L/ha), and P4 (800 L/ha). The variables observed were plant height, leaf number, tiller number, and fresh and dry weight production. Data were analyzed by analysis of variance (ANOVA) followed by Duncan's Multiple Range Test at P<0.05. The results showed that rabbit-urine LOF had no significant effect (P>0.05) on plant height, leaf number, total fresh weight, and leaf dry weight. However, it had a highly significant effect (P<0.01) on tiller number and a significant effect (P<0.05) on stem fresh weight, total dry weight, and stem dry weight. The highest tiller number was obtained at P3 (600 L/ha) with 9.18 tillers, whereas the highest total dry weight was obtained at P1 (200 L/ha) with 19.76 ton/ha. It is concluded that rabbit-urine LOF improved the growth and production of Biograss elephant grass, particularly tiller number, stem fresh weight, total dry weight, and stem dry weight, with 600 L/ha being the most effective dose for increasing tiller number.
