Abstract

The purpose of this research is to produce textbook product of various job themes using Problem Based Learning model and to know the effectiveness of textbook of students. The method used is research and development (Research Development) according to Brog and Gall. The population of this study were 81 students of grade IV SD Gugus Gajah Mada and the sample of this study were 28 students. The data collection tool uses a questionnaire, an instrument of expert validity and multiple choice questions. The result of the research shows that by using learning model based on valid and effective learning is used for fourth grade students of SD Gugus Gajah Mada.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menghasilkan produk buku ajar tema berbagai pekerjaan menggunakan model Problem Based Learning dan mengetahui efektivitas buku ajar siswa. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian dan pengembangan (Research Development) menurut Brog and Gall. Populasi penelitian ini adalah 81 orang siswa kelas IV SD Gugus Gajah Mada dan sampel penelitian ini adalah 28 orang. Alat pengumpul data menggunakan lembar angket, lembar instrumen validitas ahli dan soal pilihan ganda. Analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Kesimpulan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa produk berupa buku ajar tema berbagai pekerjaan menggunakan model Problem Based Learning valid dan efektif digunakan untuk siswa kelas IV SD Gugus Gajah Mada. Kata Kunci : buku ajar, problem based learning.
