Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besaran pengaruh komitmen kerja dan motivasi berprestasi kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja manajerial kepala sekolah Dasar Negeri di Kecamatan Cicalengka. Metode yang digunakan adalah survey dengan jenis pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian adalah 45 orang kepala Sekolah Dasar Negeri dan 85 0rang Sekolah Dasar Negeri di Kecamatan Cicalengka. Teknik pengolahan data digunakan korelasi productmoment, determinasi, dan regresi (sederhana dan ganda). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh komitmen, motivasi berprestasi terhadap kinerja manajerial kepala sekolah sangat tinggi. Yang paling rendah pengaruhnya dari ketiga variabel tersebut yaitu motivasi berprestasi.  Rekomendasi pada umumnya perlu peningkatan kualitas kinerja manajerial kepala sekolah melalui diklat, workshop, dan peningkatan kualifikasi akademik kepala sekolah.  The main object of the research is to learn how professional commitment and motivation to be feat influences the managing process of the primary school’s principals in Cicalengka region. Survey is the method used in the research with the quantitative approach applied. The research took 45 primary school’s principals and 85 primary school’s teachers as sample. The data- processing technique used is correlation of product moment determination and regresion (sample and dual). The research shows that the principal’s professional commitment and motivation to be feat gives a big impact on their managing process. However among the three variables observed, motivation to be feat gives the lowest impact. There fore, the writer suggests that not only the principals need to take some workshops in order to improve their quality of managing process, but also they need to improve their academis qualification.
