Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besaran pengaruh komitmen kerja dan motivasi berprestasi kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja manajerial kepala sekolah Dasar Negeri di Kecamatan Cicalengka. Metode yang digunakan adalah survey dengan jenis pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian adalah 45 orang kepala Sekolah Dasar Negeri dan 85 0rang Sekolah Dasar Negeri di Kecamatan Cicalengka. Teknik pengolahan data digunakan korelasi productmoment, determinasi, dan regresi (sederhana dan ganda). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh komitmen, motivasi berprestasi terhadap kinerja manajerial kepala sekolah sangat tinggi. Yang paling rendah pengaruhnya dari ketiga variabel tersebut yaitu motivasi berprestasi.  Rekomendasi pada umumnya perlu peningkatan  kualitas kinerja manajerial kepala sekolah melalui diklat, workshop, dan peningkatan kualifikasi akademik kepala sekolah.  The main object of the research is to learn how professional commitment and motivation to be feat influences the managing process of the primary school’s principals in Cicalengka region. Survey is the method used in the research with the quantitative approach applied. The research took 45 primary school’s principals and 85 primary school’s teachers as sample. The data- processing technique used is correlation of product moment determination and regresion (sample and dual). The research shows that the principal’s professional commitment and motivation to be feat gives a big impact on their managing process. However among the three variables observed, motivation to be feat gives the lowest impact. There fore, the writer suggests that not only the principals need to take some workshops in order to improve their quality of managing process, but also they need to improve their academis qualification.

Abstract

The primary focus of this study is to determine the effect of contextualization on students’ vocabulary mastery and to investigate the students’ responses toward contextualization in teaching and learning vocabulary. In this study, contextualization is employed through REACT (Relating, Experiencing, Applying, Cooperating, and Transferring) strategy proposed by Crawford (2001). The samples of this study arestudents of thefifth grade of one elementary school in Bandung that are chosen purposively. By using a quasi-experimental with nonequivalent groups design, both experimental and control groups (30 students in each group) are given pretest of multiple-choice test to find out their initial ability. Then, the experimental group is treated by using contextualization for four meetings. Meanwhile, the control group is treated by using a traditional (non-REACT) method; the grammar translation method. An interview is administered to find out students’ responses toward contextualization. The findings indicate that the implementation of contextualization was effective in improving students’ vocabulary mastery. It can be seen from the statistical computation result of post-test score of experimental group (M=78.66) that is higher than control group (M=67.33). In reference to the result of this study, it can be concluded that contextualization using REACT is recommended to be applied in teaching vocabulary to elementary students. Moreover, the teachers who are interested in carrying out contextualization need to choose appropriate context based on students’ daily lives or experiences and create a lively classroom atmosphere as well. Keywords:Contextualization, REACT, vocabulary

Abstract

The importance of the role of the network at this time makes companies and organizations look for ways to keep data flows running without downtime. Application of link backup is one way to overcome this. The need for the use of backup links at this time is expected to ensure the smooth running of the company is running its business. In this study, a design that will use BGP routing as well as using the methods HSRP and VLAN (Virtual Local Area Network) on the switch as supporters. The results obtained from the tests that have been carried out have resulted in the application of a backup link using BGP routing with the method HSRP can provide network availability of almost 0 percent in overcoming interference.

Abstract

In today's digital era, technology has become a primary need in various activities and jobs. The use of the right application can produce the information needed effectively and efficiently, in this ever-evolving era, MSMEs must be able to adapt quickly to technological changes and changing consumer needs. In facing this challenge, efficient stock management is essential for the survival of MSMEs. Well-managed stock is not just a collection of goods stored in a warehouse, but a strategic element in the MSME supply chain. With the existence of a Web-based application, it is hoped that MSMEs in stock management can be better able to avoid excess and lack of stock. MSMEs are also able to respond quickly to changes in demand and internal needs. The design of this application will be made with the PHP, HTML programming languages, and using mySql as its database. The method used in making this application uses the prototyping method. The results of this study are in the form of a web system design that can help MSME owners in managing the Warehouse. The Prototype method is an approach to software development that focuses on creating fast and gradual designs, allowing immediate evaluation of the advantages and disadvantages of prototypes made by prospective users or clients. Developers and clients can engage in continuous interaction during the prototyping process.

Abstract

The increasing adoption of digital services by local governments demands greater attention to cybersecurity aspects. This study applies the penetration testing method using a Blue Teaming approach on XYZ, a web-based public service portal using Burp Suite tools, to identify potential security vulnerabilities. The testing follows the NIST SP 800-115 guidelines and reveals 16 vulnerabilities classified as low to medium severity. Findings indicate weaknesses such as cookies without Secure and HttpOnly attributes, the use of vulnerable JavaScript libraries, and the absence of HSTS policy. Recommendations are provided to help site administrators enhance overall system security resilience.

Abstract

The development of the logistics industry requires an integrated information system to facilitate the management of goods delivery. PT. XYZ, as a cargo logistics service company, needs a digital solution to minimize recording errors, accelerate tracking, and improve customer service. This study aims to develop a cargo logistics information system using the Extreme Programming (XP) methodology, which emphasizes flexibility and rapid development through the stages of planning, design, coding, and testing. The system was developed using the PHP programming language with the Laravel framework and a MySQL database, and was tested using Blackbox Testing to ensure its functionality. The implementation results show that the system is capable of managing waybills, tariffs, manifests, and reporting in an integrated manner, accelerating the input and tracking processes, and reducing potential data errors, thereby supporting the company’s operational needs.
