<![CDATA[This research attempted to describe qualitatively the productivity certified teachers educator in learning plan, lesson, evaluation of learning, duties and responsibilities of teachers, support working environment, and teacher commitment. This research used a qualitative descriptive method. The result of this research described that the teachers has been; (1) preparing the planing of learning, (2) using varied teaching methods and classroom management, (3) conduct daily, midterm and final exams, (4) know the duties and responsibilities, (5) received support fromschool in performing the tasks, and (6) performance and evaluation accordance with the planning.Keywords: productivity, certified, teachers, educator]]>
