Abstract

Metode PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction) telah banyak digunakan dalam membantu pengelolaan bidang perikanan, baik untuk kegiatan budi daya maupun konservasi. Berdasarkan data yang dihasilkan maka masalah-masalah dalam penge-lolaan suatu stok, depresi inbreeding, variasi genetik suatu populasi maupun penelusuran garis keturunan segera dapat diatasi dengan baik.
