Abstract

The purpose of this study was the effect of leadership style, interpersonal communication and work motivation on employee productivity. The research method that will be used in this research is the analysis of statistical data parametric data analysis tools such as multiple linear regression hypothessis testing 5% significance level. The results of the analysis of the variables of leadership style has a positive and significant impact on employee productivity, results of analysis variables interpersonal communication has a positive and significant impact on employee productivity , results of the analysis of work motivation has a positive and significant impact on employee productivity , and results analysis style variable leadership , interpersonal communication and motivation to work together has a positive and significant impact on employee productivity .
