<![CDATA[Critical thinking skills are high-level thinking skills that are important for students tohave. One of the chemical concepts that require such skills is the concept of acids and base.Student's understanding of the concept can be achieved by using android-based multimediasupport. This study aims to describe the stages of manufacture and feasibility of android-basedmultimedia for acid and base learning. This research uses Research and Development researchmethod with two stages, namely analysis phase and design phase. In the analysis phase,resulting connectedness of concepts and indicators of critical thinking skills in presenting thedraft strategy. The design stage generates android-based multimedia that has the characteristicsof the concept presented through the steering questions to develop critical thinking skillsequipped with visualization of text and images. The result of validation test has done bylecturer of material and media expert which is valid by r counting average of 0.76. While theresults of a limited trial conducted by students of chemistry education department is consideredfeasible to be used as a medium for learning the acid and base concept in class or independentwith a percentage of 90.8%]]>
