AbstractThis research aims to elaborate how far the contribution of the CSR Program by plywood industry in Nguwet Village for fulfilling economic rights for the communities. This research is an empirical study and normative study. Research problems are (1) how is the contribution of the CSR Program by plywood industry in Nguwet Village for fulfilling economic rights for the communities? (2) how is the conformity of its program with the law? The conclutions are (1) communities do not know about the contribution of the CSR program so the aims do not reached (2)the CSR program is not conform with the law because it is not based on what communities needed. IntisariPenelitian ini untuk mengetahui sejauh mana kontribusi dari Program CSR oleh Industri Kayu Lapis  (plywood) di Desa Nguwet terhadap pemenuhan Hak Ekonomi masyarakat Desa Nguwet. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah dengan studi lapangan dan pendekatan peraturan perundang-undangan. Rumusan masalah yang dikemukakan adalah (1) bagaimana kontribusi program CSR oleh industri kayu lapis terhadap pemenuhan hak ekonomi masyarakat Desa Nguwet; (2) bagaimana kesesuaian kontribusi tersebut dengan peraturan perundang-undangan? Kesimpulan yang diperoleh adalah (1) masyarakat belum mengetahuisejauh mana kontribusi CSR sehingga CSR menjadi tidak tepat (2) CSR industri kayu lapis tidak sesuai peraturan perundang-undangan sebab tidak didasarkan pada kebutuhan masyarakat.
