Abstract: Many teachers are still difficult to make writing work scientific method. A speciallyseveral problem often in front of the teacher is I’am not the writer; Difficult to start writing;Difficult to finish writing; To feel cannot write the great circumstances; Have not originalidea; Incorrect frightened and shy; The long write spectre; Have inferiority; worried to selectbetween write and to teach duty or to iron; Therefore this activity aims to train teachers canwrite fluently with scientific method, as specialy action research.Keyword: Scientific writing; teacher;training and empowerment of teachers (IbM)
