Abstract

Abstract : This study aims to determine the extent of the Influence of Motivation and Discipline Learning Against Social Learning Achievement in East Jakarta Junior High School'.Penelitian using survey methods with correlation and regression analysis.Data on motivation and learning discipline obtained through a questionnaire. While the data about IPS learning achievement obtained through the value of UTS.Hasil research shows 1) .There is a significant influence simultaneously the motivation of learning and learning discipline on social learning achievement. This is evidenced by the acquisition of Sig value. 0,000 <0.05 and Fh = 21,191. Taken together the motivation of learning and learning discipline contributed 32.8% 2) .There is a significant influence of learning motivation on Social Science learning achievement This is evidenced by the acquisition of Sig value. 0,000 <0.05 and th = 4.608. Motivation to learn to contribute 23.75% .3). There is a significant influence of learning discipline on learning achievement Social Science This is evidenced by the acquisition of Sig value. 0.023 <0.05 and th = 2.320. Discipline learn to contribute 9.01%. Based on research findings that IPS learning achievement results can be improved by increasing motivation and discipline learning. Keywords: Learning Motivation, Learning Discipline and Learning Achievement
