PENGEMBANGAN FKIP MELALUI IMPLEMENTASI KURIKULUM TINGKAT SATUAN PENDIDIKAN (KTSP)

Pengembangan FKIP melalui implementasi Kurikulum Tingkat Satuan Pendidikan (KTSP) merupakan suatu proses penerapan ide, konsep, dan kebijakan kurikulum potensial dalam suatu kegiatan pembelajaran, sehingga mahasiswa diharapkan dapat menguasai seperangkat kompetensi tertentu. Dengan begitu, pendekatan KTSP juga merupakan proses aktualisasi dari kurikulum tertulis. KTSP merupakan suatu konsep kurikulum yang menekankan pada pengembangan kemampuan melakukan (kompetensi) tugas-tugas dengan standar performansi tertentu, sehingga lulusan FKIP dapat  memiliki sejumlah kompetensi yang sesuai kebutuhan di lapangan, khususnya yang dibutuhkan di era globalisasi.   Kata Kunci: Kurikulum Tingkat Satuan Pendidikan (KTSP)   Development of Guidance and Counseling through the implementation of the Education Unit Level Curriculum (SBC) is a process of applying ideas, concepts, and potential curriculum policy in a learning activity, so students are expected to master a particular set of competencies. That way, the SBC approach is also a process of actualization of the written curriculum. SBC is a concept of a curriculum that emphasizes the development of the ability to do (competence) tasks with specific performance standards, so it can have a number of Guidance and Counseling graduate competencies as needed in the field, especially needed in the era of globalization.
