<![CDATA[Abstract: The purpose of this developmental research was to describe process and results of the development of problems based teaching tools in the elementary schools’ mathematic and its effectiveness. The subjects was students of SD Muhammadiyah 08 Dau Malang. The research phases based on model Plomp (1997), i.e. (1) investigation phase, (2) design phase, (3) realization phase, (4) validation, experimentation, and revision phase, and (5) implementation phase. The results were: (1) problems based teaching plan, (2) students’ book, (3) evaluation and students’ work sheet developed on the basis of problems based teaching.]]>
