Abstract

The purpose of research is to  find out positive and significant relationship on students' perceptions of the social competence of educators with the fifth grade thematic learning outcomes of SD Muhammadiyah Metro Pusat. This type of research is quantitative research with  ex-postfact correlation. Data collection techniques used questionnaires to obtain variable data on students' perceptions of educator social competence and documentation studies to obtain thematic learning outcome variable data. Data analysis techniques use product moment correlation formula and t-test. The results of the showed that the hypothesis test amounted to 0.0401 (with medium criteria) showed there was a significant relationship on students' perceptions of the social competence of educators with thematic learning outcomes of fifth grade students of SD Muhammadiyah Metro Pusat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan yang signifikan pada persepsi peserta didik tentang kompetensi sosial pendidik dengan hasil belajar tematik kelas V SD Muhammadiyah Metro Pusat. Jenis penelitian yaitu penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode ex-postfacto  korelasi. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket untuk memperoleh data variabel persepsi peserta didik tentang kompetensi sosial pendidik  dan studi dokumentasi untuk memperoleh data variabel hasil belajar tematik.Teknik analisis data menggunakan rumus korelasi product moment dan uji-t. Hasil perhitungan uji hipotesis sebesar 0.401 (dengan kriteria sedang) menunjukkan terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan pada persepsi peserta didik tentang kompetensi sosial pendidik dengan hasil belajar tematik peserta didik kelas V SD Muhammadiyah Metro Pusat.
