Abstract

Di era perkembangan teknologi informasi saat ini, telah banyak mengubah pola atau sistem masyarakat dalam mengakses suatu informasi yang sangat banyak tanpa ada batasan waktu dan tempat. Perpustakaan sebagai lembaga atau organisasi yang bertugas menyimpan dan mengolah karya manusia, seperti buku, majalah, artikel, jurnal, kaset dan dokumen lainnya. Tujuan dari penelelitian ini untuk merancang program sistem informasi perpustakaan terintegrasi link jurnal berbasis website, guna memberikan kesempatan kepada masyarakat, pelajar, mahasiswa, peneliti dan pihk lainnya untuk mengakses informasi di perpustakaan tanpa ada batasan waktu dan tempat. Metode kualitatif diimplementasikan dalam penelitian ini untuk mengumpulkna data di Perpustaan Daerah Kabupaten Mamasa. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, kuesioner, observasi dan studi pustaka lalu diolah untuk mendukung permasalahan yang sedang diteliti. Sistem ini mengolah pengarsipan koleksi buku, berkasi atau rekaman berdasarkan kategori untuk mempermudah proses pencarian referensi. Selain itu, diharapkan dapat memudahkan pihak manajemen untuk memberika pelayanan kepada masyarakat terkait akses perpustakaan tanpa ada batasan waktu da tempat. Aplikasi ini dirancang menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan MySQL serta berbasis website

Abstract

SMPIT Nur Hidayah mempunyai perpustakaan yang dalam mengorganisasikan perpustakaan masih menggunakan sistem secara manual. Kendala yang dihadapi adalah kesulitan dalam mencari informasi,tentunya hal ini menghabiskan waktu untuk mencari informasi. Misalkan saat akan melakukan pengecekan bebas pinjaman perpustakaan jika memggunakan sistem manual akan lama, mengingat koleksi perpustakaan ada lebih dari 300 judul buku dan ribuan jumlah bukunya serta 500 lebih siswa yang harus di kelola, serta jam istirahat yang pendek pustakawan diharuskan bekerja cepat dalam melayani siswa. Berdasarkan permasalahan diatas SMPIT Nur Hidayah membutuhkan suatu sistem yang memudahkan pustakawan dalam mengorganisasikan. Tujuan penelitian ini  perpustakaan menjadi lebih mudah dan cepat walaupun jam pelayanannya singkat. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan metode waterfall yang meliputi beberapa tahap didalamnya diantaranya analisis, perancangan, pengembangan, pengujian, dan implementasi. Hasil dari pengujian black box meliputi 11 poin yang diujikan menunjukan berjalan sesuai dengan apa yang diharapkan dan hasil dari pengujian kuesioner yang dilaksanakan oleh 11 responden mendapakan hasil rata-rata persentase interpretasi sebesar 70,7%. Maka dapat disimpulkan responden menyetujui sistem ini mampu dan layak untuk membantu kinerja pustakawan di SMP IT Nur Hidayah Surakarta.

Abstract

The library is a facility that serves as a support for student and teacher learning activities. The Library's collection is a textbook that is made a reference to the learning process. In managing data and information, the Library of SMP Negeri 28 Tangerang uses conventional way. This makes the librarian difficult to process data and to display effective information. The purpose of this research makes designing a Web-based library information system to help librarians solve problems in school libraries. Observations, interviews and literature studies are methods used to collect data (need analysis). Meanwhile, prototypes were used to build the school library information System. The result of designing the school library information system is tested using black box testing. The results of this system activity's data, designed the school library information System and the results of information system evaluation. Activity Data in the show in system analysis is running. Design builds an information system is displayed with business process, UML diagram and screen view of a web-based information system. The results of the evaluation indicate that the school library information system can perform fast browsing of data and the information shown in the form of reports is accurate.

Abstract

Library management at Harapan Lestari School, such as borrowing books and book data, is still in a manual process, so there are often difficulties in making reports and in storing existing data. These problems make Sekolah Harapan Lestari have the desire to have an Information System in their library, which can overcome existing problems. Therefore a web-based library information system was designed by using PHP, MySql, and XAMPP with the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method in the hope of helping in the process of managing libraries in Harapan Lestari School.The function of the program, among others: from the Front End are the registration to become a member of the library, view the book catalog, make loans see the list of loans along with their status, see a list of returns, see a list of fines and their status, see a list of lost or damaged books and their status. From the Back End side, it can manage books, confirm various kinds of events in the library such as borrowing repayments, fines, replacing lost or damaged books, and reports

Abstract

The process of borrowing and the data recording performed on library books junior's contribution is still not fully computerized, so often finding difficulty in making the report as well as in existing data storage. The problems that exist in the junior's contribution raises the desire to have a new system in the library that can overcome these problems. Then designed a web-based library information system using PHP, MySql, and XAMPP with methods of system development life cycle (SDLC) that is expected to assist in the process of working in a library Junior contribution. The function of the program, among others: students can look at the books and magazines in the library, a member of the library, borrow books via the web, see the list of borrowing and repayment status, f.a.q, critique and suggestions and see the latest news in the library. As for the librarian, this program serves to enter the data of books, magazines of data, managing data members, f.a.q the data, the data criticisms and suggestions, and to report lending, the report returns, and report books and magazines. The purpose and benefits of this design include in order to facilitate student looking for a book in the library, facilitate students in borrowing/restore, encourage students active in the library, and assist librarians in doing his job.

Abstract

Kegiatan kemitraan masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk penerapan sistem informasi perpustakaan berbasis web sekaligus mempersiapakan sumber daya manusia yang akan berperan dalam sistem ini khususnya petugas perpustakaan sekolah SMK BP Subulul Huda Kembangsawit Kebonsari Madiun. Sistem informasi perpustakaan ini menggunakan database sebagai tempat untuk menyimpan data agar data yang dimasukan dapat tersimpan dan tersusun secara rapi, keamanan data terjamin, serta akses data dapat dilakukan dengan cepat, dan akurat. Sistem informasi yang dikembangkan berisi fungsi-fungsi yang disesuaikan dengan kegiatan-kegiatan yang ada di perpustakaan SMK BP Subulul Huda Kembangsawit Kebonsari Madiun.

Abstract

Perpustakaan sekolah merupakan sebuah fasilitas sekolah dalam mengelola penyediaan buku ajar dan buku-buku pendamping terkait ilmu pengetahuan umum, teknologi dan ilmu terapan lainnya. Fungsi perpustakan merupakan suatu hal yang sangat penting dalam membantu siswa-siswi menyediakan akan kebutuhan buku pelajaran dan buku pendamping dengan cara mudah dan murah. Namun dalam kenyataannya selama ini masih banyak kendala terkait dalam pengelolaannya, diantaranya bagaimana mengontrol jumlah stok, menghitung jumlah peminjam, jumlah kembali dan registrasi dalam peminjaman. Kondisi pengelolaan perpustakaan di SMK Fatahillah Cileungsi masih dilakukan secara manual sehingga memungkinkan terjadi kesalahan dalam sirkulasi peminjaman dan pengembalian buku karena data-data yang belum terdokumentasi dengan baik sehingga pelayanan menjadi kurang maksimal. Tujuan dari penelitian dalam mengatasi permasalahan diatas dengan membuat rancangan aplikasi sistem peminjaman buku berbasis web, dimana sistem yang dirancang ini biasa melakukan registrasi peminjaman secara online, pengontrolan stok buku, membuat list peminjam, list pengembalian dan pembuatan laporan. Metode pengembangan aplikasi perpustakaan berbasis web ini menggunakan metode Rapid Application Development (RAD), bahasa pemrograman PHP, database MySql pada Framework Bootstrap. Setelah di lakukan perancangan dan pengujian aplikasi ini dapat membantu pengelolan perpustakaan menjadi lebih baik sehingga dapat meningkatkan pelayanan pengelolaan perpustakaan di SMK Fatahillah Cileungsi

Abstract

The system which is applied at the library of SMA Negeri 1 Tegallalang is still manual, where students have to search or look for the books that they need one by one. In their system, the officers will record the books borrowed by the students in a notebook. All data of the book collections in the library is also recorded in a book. For the visitor report, out book reports, book returned reports, and book data report will be recap by handwriting.This web will make the students easier to search for titles of books that they want to read or borrow. Therefore, the students no longer need to look for the title of the book they want to borrow by searching one by one on the bookcase. This system will be described in the design of Data Flow Diagrams, Conceptual Data Model, and userinterface is made for it.The results of the problem above is a library information system. This system will be able to assist students in the process of borrowing books. Moreover, it can assist the officers to record the data , reporting, bookkeeping, and the calculation of fines.

Abstract

In a system that has been designed and has been realized in an information system program, it will certainly continue to implement activities on the system. With advances in all fields, all kinds of ways to store this data can be done with a computer, or what is commonly known as computerization. So that the information system that the author is creating is a web-based library information system, in this system all data and library transaction activities are computerized. The process of implementing this web-based information system will be carried out at Senior High School, SMAN 18 North Jakarta, which is located in the North Jakarta area, especially in the Warakas area. Because the library facilities at this school still use a system that is still manual by only recording borrowing data and book data only in a transaction book and this has led to data manipulation in the process of borrowing and returning transactions. The methods that I use in developing devices, using the waterfall method are: Software Requirements Analysis, Design, Code Generation, Testing, and Support or Maintenance, while for Data collection techniques are by observing the library transaction process at SMAN18, conducting interviews with library staff and literature studies. After developing the information system for the library services at SMAN 18 North Jakarta, the library has undergone improvements and changes to the system, has become more effective and efficient and more conducive, the management method has become better, namely from manual system processes to computerized and increased data security, as well as systems. This management, users can access through the website anywhere and anytime to see ongoing transactions and view library book data.

Abstract

Abstract - SMA Negeri 5 Tangerang   Library’s  is   one   of   the processing  of  his   school  is  still using  the   books   include   the registration   of   members, lending, and  return   the book  to slow down time and require a relatively longer process. Methods   used  in  this  study  are  engineering   methods tthe   type   of high            school case   study   SMA Negri 5 Tangerang,  where data  collection    techniques    include observation, interview    and    literature      study. Techniques    for data   analysis   using   the waterfall, while   the  structured analysis method  that    is    in    the  Entity Relationship Diagram and  DataFlow Diagram describes     the data     model     to   describe     the functional. Builder   software   MySQL   database   system,  data   is processed in this members and books. With  the results of the analysis and testing has been done it can be concluded that information    systems    have    made  very helpful   in  processing   data and  make  it easier  for  the  librarian, and   speed   up transactions   for   library members.  Intisari - Perpustakaan SMA Negeri 5 Tangerang merupakan salah satu pengolahan sekolahnya masih menggunakan buku termasuk pendaftaran anggota, peminjaman, dan mengembalikan buku untuk memperlambat waktu dan memerlukan proses yang relatif lebih lama. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi kasus SMA Negeri 5 Tangerang, dimana teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, wawancara dan studi pustaka. Teknik analisis data menggunakan air terjun, sedangkan metode analisis terstruktur yang ada di Entity Relationship Diagram dan Data Diagram Arus menggambarkan model data untuk menggambarkan fungsional. Perangkat lunak pembangun sistem database MySQL, data diproses dalam anggota dan buku. Dengan hasil analisis dan pengujian yang telah dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa sistem informasi yang telah dibuat sangat membantu dalam pengolahan data dan memudahkan pustakawan, dan mempercepat transaksi untuk anggota perpustakaan.  Kata kunci : Sistem Informasi, Perpustakaan, Aplikasi web
