Abstract

Penerapan tata kelola teknologi informasi dan komunikasi sudah menjadi kebutuhan dan tuntutan di setiap institusi pendidikan, tidak terkecuali di SMKN Pugung, Lampung. Oleh karena itu, dalam penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur standar keamanan informasi di SMKN Pugung menggunakan ISO 27001. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah audit operasional yang berkaitan dengan penggunaan secara ekonomis dan efisien atas sumber daya pencapaian tujuan serta sasaran yang diterapkan. Kemudian, hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa analisis penyebaran kuesioner menghasilkan nilai rata-rata, yaitu 3,32 pada seluruh klausul ISO 27001 yang berarti bahwa sistem keamanan informasi telah memiliki standar operasional prosedur yang baku dan tertulis. Lalu, hasil evaluasi temuan yang bervariasi dari 11 klausul dikategorikan ke dalam level 4 (manage and measurable) yang berarti bahwa proses bisnis sudah dimonitor dan diukur dengan baik. Dengan begitu dapat dikatakan bahwa audit sistem keamanan informasi di SMKN 1 Pugung sudah baik.

Abstract

Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika (Kominfo) Kabupaten Rembang is a government service that implements IT in carrying out business processes and daily activities. Dinas Kominfo use various IT services and have the responsibility to manage some of services technically. Based on the interviews that have been done, the more services managed by Dinas Kominfo, the more appropriate safeguards are needed to avoid the risks that might occur. According the existing conditions and referring to Peraturan Menteri Komunikasi dan Informatika Republik Indonesia Nomor 4 Tahun 2016, Dinas Kominfo need to plan for managing information security. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to provide a information security management plan based on risk analysis in Dinas Kominfo Kabupaten Rembang. Planning for information security management that conduct through steps includes assessments using Information Security (KAMI) Index, asset and risk identification, risk analysis using FMEA, risk priorities, make appropriate recomendations to ISO 27001 controls, cost and benefit analysis to determine risk mitigation priorities, and arrange ISO 27001 mandatory document. From the Indeks KAMI assessmen result, the completeness levels score is 161 and the average maturity level of each information security areas is Level I to Level I+. Then, there are 15 top IT risk with the highest RPN value 126. Risk mitigation recommendations can be applied by doing 13 ISO 27001 controls based on risk analysis.

Abstract

The communication and informatics office of Batu City is a government agency which has a responsibility for managing information security and security services. Based on interview, it found there were no references in managing the implementation of information security. The purpose of this research is to provide a reference to the COBIT 5 framework allows agencies to develop clear policies using best practice for implementing information security management. After assessing the ability of the communication and informatics office of Batu city in dealing with the ongoing security information by referring to best practice based on the APO13 domain (Manage Security) and DSS0S (Manage Security Services) the result was the documentation that provide in several information security implementation processes and information security services in communication and information office of Batu City were still incomplete. The reason of this problem was the delivery of information security implementation was still implied since it has not supported by standard like policies and standard operating procedures (SOP). The result of calculating the capability level of each best practice processes were still at level 0 (Incomplete Process), this means the process was not implemented of failed to achieve the systematic process. Based on the results obtained, it is necessary to increase the level of capability to achieve the implementation of security management and management of security services that are expected to be level 1 (Performed Process) which mean implementation of the process to achieve the goverment policies goals that have been made can be measured and reviewed consistently.

Abstract

The information technology was emphasized on concept of information share which aimed to support public service. This information was referred as valuable asset which needed to the government protection through the management of information security. Currently, the management of information security in Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika (KOMINFO) Kota Malang has not been optimally implemented. This condition due to some technical problems related to information security issue which have been occurred repeatedly. On the evaluation of Electronic-Based Government System in 2018, KOMINFO has achieved less maximal result. The security was an important aspect in this valuation. Besides, the institution did not have certification on information security management system which was required by the Central Government. Therefore, this research aimed to evaluate the information security by means of KAMI index 4.0 version. Based on the evaluation, the result was exerted as a basic of improvement recommendation which functioned to support the process of information security improvement in appropriate to standard equipment SNI/ISO 27001:2013. Further, according to this evaluation result, it showed the Level of Completeness 246 and maturity level on level I+. Thus, from this last evaluation result, KOMINFO was categorized as not feasible to the completeness of standard implementation SNI/ISO 27001:2013. As the consequence, it resulted to 9 recommendations on governance area, 13 recommendation on risk management area, 12 recommendation on framework area, 16 recommendations on asset management area, 9 recommendations on technology and security area, and 9 recommendations on supplementary area which were proposed to complete the equipment of information security implementation.

Abstract

Informasi merupakan suatu aset penting dalam organisasi.  Informasi pada suatu organisasi menjadi salah satu hal penting yang memengaruhi keberlangsungan usaha, peluang usaha, maupun ancaman bagi organisasi. Oleh karena itu, sangat diperlukan upaya dalam memanajemen keamanan suatu informasi pada sebuah organisasi, baik dari perangkat keras yang dimiliki, perangkat lunak, maupun sumber daya dan aset, termasuk orang dan karyawan, kemampuan dan keahlian, serta budaya dari organisasi. Dalam memanajemen suatu keamanan informasi, telah diterbitkan beberapa standar untuk memanajemen keamanan informasi agar proses keamanan dapat dilakukan dengan baik dan optimal. Salah satu standar yang terlah ada untuk memanajemen sebuah sistem keamanan informasi adalah ISO:17799. Oleh karena itu, pada paper ini akan membahas mengenai bagaimana kebijakan ISO:17799 dapat digunakan dan diterapkan oleh organisasi. seperti diantaranya adalah kontrol dan proteksi, pemantauan dan audit, serta mengetahui apa saja ancaman dalam memanajemen sistem keamanan informasi.

Abstract

DISKOMINFO (Communication and Information Service ) of Sukabumi is a governmentinstitution that has responsibility for the management of Information and CommunicationTechnology in Local Government (PEMDA) Sukabumi. Sukabumi Information Technologymanaged by Head of Infrastructure of ICT, Encryption and Data Integration. From the results ofinterviews and observation , DISKOMINFO has problems on managing data securit, is becauselack of Human Resources, lack of awareness and responsibility and implementation of poorinformation security that cause incidents or hacking of information security, especially inSukabumi City Information System. this causes disruption of the process of public service andbusiness in DISKOMINFO.The Information Security Management System (ISMS) is a managementsystem implemented by organizations, especially governments organitations, to secure informationassets against threats that exist within the scope of DISKOMINFO. The process carried out usingthe PDCA cycle approach among the Plan Do Check Act. The ISMS handle infomation aspectssuch as confidentiality, integrity, and availability information.The ISMS analysis uses SNI ISO /IEC 27001: 2013 and SNI ISO / IEC 31000: 2009 risk management base. The ISMS analysispurpose to identify risk profiles by identifying assets, threats, and vulnerabilities as well asevaluating and controlling disruptions. ISMS produce security information manual, informationsecurity procedure, work instruction and information security form.

Abstract

Penggunaan teknologi informasi pada suatu universitas terutama yang berbasis website atau mobilememiliki risiko yang cukup tinggi karena sistem yang bersifat global. Setiap risiko keamanan memiliki nilai danlevel yang berbeda, begitu pula dampak dan biaya untuk penanganannya. Untuk dapat melakukan penangananrisiko yang sesuai maka harus dilakukan penilaian risiko keamanan informasi terlebih dahulu. Proses penilaianrisiko salah satunya dapat menggunakan standar ISO 27005 yaitu tentang manajemen risiko keamananinformasi. Namun yang menjadi kendala, proses penilaian risiko ini masih menggunakan formulir manualsehingga tidak setiap orang dapat menggunakannya. Untuk mempermudahnya maka akan dibangun sebuahaplikasi berbasis web. Aplikasi penilaian risiko ini dibangun dengan menggunakan metode pengembanganprototyping sehingga waktu yang digunakan lebih cepat. Pengguna dari aplikasi ini adalah operator dan kepalabagian Sistem Informasi Akademik di Universitas Muhammadiyah Sukabumi sebagai tempat penelitian. Prosespengembangan system dimulai dari tahap analisis, perancangan dan implementasi. Hasil dari penellitian iniadalah menghasilkan sebuah aplikasi penilaiain risiko berbasis web yang dapat mudah digunakan oleh berbagaitipe pengguna.

Abstract

Sistem informasi manajemen rumah sakit merupakan sistem yang kritis menyangkut kehidupan seseorang. Upaya perlu dilakukan agar sistem tersebut dapat tetap aman, terjaga dari berbagai ancaman yang dapat menganggu keberjalanan sistem. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ancaman terhadap keamanan sistem informasi kesehatan, khususnya pada Sistem Informasi Manajemen Rumah Sakit. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode review dengan teknik melakukan review dan menganalisis beberapa makalah yang berkaitan dengan topik pembahasan tentang keamanan sistem informasi kesehatan. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh adalah bahawa ancaman yang paling tinggi terhadap keamanan sistem informasi kesehatan adalah ancaman dari peretas.

Abstract

Basic of security system with camera is saving all event without stopping, that couse system need a bigcapasity of hard disk. Apart form that, system need a operator for monitoring, control and measure if somethinghappen. So, that can not do if in travel.Security system solution is system only save video on fixed times, monitoring and control can do fromlong distance and there is a report if something happen on territory in watch.Form result of security system act of planning, that only save video if something happen on territory inwatch. Monitoring and control to change position of camera with turn motor stepper that connected to computerparallel port can do from long distance use internet facilities. And a report of something happen send use a SMSfor immediately measure.So, conclusion is security system not need a big capasity of hard disk, becouse system only save smallcapasity of files. Video streaming can use for monitoring and camera position change use internet facility.
