Abstract

Abstract The use of information systems in the medical world strongly supports the activities/work of medical personnel in hospitals. The laboratory information system is an application program system that supports access to the database system. So that patient data can easily be stored, integrated and displayed again when needed and the resulting information is more accurate and reliable. In this service activity, the design and training of laboratory information systems is carried out. The design of the laboratory information system is carried out using the Waterfall system development method. The Waterfall method is a simple method in describing the stages of software development consisting of phases: analysis, design, coding, testing and maintenance. After designing the laboratory information system, training is carried out. The training activity consists of 2 materials: Training on data management systems and transaction reporting. The training was attended by 5 participants from the Anatomical Pathology Laboratory, XYZ Hospital. The implementation of the training went well, this can be seen from the average value of feedback from the participants, which was 4.83. Abstrak Penggunaan sistem informasi pada dunia medis sangat mendukung aktifitas/pekerjaan para tenaga medis di rumah sakit. Sistem informasi laboratorium merupakan sebuah sistem program aplikasi yang memberi dukungan akses ke sistem database. Sehingga data pasien dengan mudah dapat disimpan diintegrasikan dan ditampilkan kembali saat diperlukan dan informasi yang dihasilkan lebih akurat dan dapat dipercaya. Pada kegiatanpengabdian ini dilakukan rancang bangun dan pelatihan system informasi laboratorium. Rancang bangun pembuatan system informasi laboratorium dilakukan dengan metode pengembangan system Waterfall. Metode Waterfall merupakan metode yang sederhana dalam menggambarkan tahapan pengembangan perangkat lunak yang terdiri fase: analisis, desain, pengkodean, pengujian dan pemeliharaan. Setelah rancang bangun sistem informasi laboratorium, maka dilakukan pelatihan. Kegiatan pelatihan terdiri dari 2 materi yaitu: Pelatihan tentang sistem manajemen data dan pembuatan pelaporan tansaksi. Pelatihan diikuti 5 peserta dari Laboratorium Patologi Anatomi RS XYZ. Pelaksanaan pelatihan berjalan dengan baik hal ini dapat dilihat dari nilai rata-rata umpan balik dari peserta yaitu 4,83.

Abstract

Aplikasi Enterprise Architecture (EA) dikembangkan sebagai salah satu wujud implementasi tata kelola teknologi informasi (TI) perusahaan yang baik. Pengembangan EA pada perusahaan bertujuan untuk misi peningkatan secara berkelanjutan atau continuous improvement pada divisi Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi dan Manajemen Data (ICT & DM) PT. Pertamina Hulu Energi. Pengembangan aplikasi EA berdasar dari hasil rekomendasi penilaian Audit TI tahun sebelumnya. Audit TI yang membuahkan sugesti untuk pelaksanaan implementasi aplikasi EA perusahaan masih minim hasil rekomendasi. Evaluasi diperlukan untuk memberikan kegiatan rekomendasi yang diperlukan. Evaluasi adalah kegiatan yang dimulai dari observasi objek, kemudian dianalisa hingga menghasilkan keluaran yang sifatnya merubah objek semula. Evaluasi menggunakan kerangka kerja Control Objective for Information and Related Technology (COBIT) 4.1 untuk mengukur tingkat kematangan proses TI. Kerangka kerja dipilih karena sesuai dengan kebutuhan stakeholder dan untuk melanjutkan penilaian yang sudah dilakukan di tahun sebelumnya.  Data untuk evaluasi didapatkan dari beberapa instrumen seperti kuesioner dan wawancara dengan narasumber. Domain penilaian berupa Plan and Organise (PO) dan Acquire and Implement (AI). Domain dipilih berdasarkan daftar kebutuhan bisnis stakeholder perusahaan. Domain tersebut mewakili aspek aplikasi EA yang sedang diimplementasikan. Fungsi ICT & DM sudah mencapai tingkat kematangan level 3 (Defined Process) pada hasil penilaian tahun sebelumnya. Hasil penilaian ketika penelitian masih berada di level 3 dengan detail skor sejumlah 3,466 untuk domain PO dan 3.642 untuk domain AI. Hal ini bermakna perusahaan sudah memiliki beberapa proses yang dilakukan secara berkala dan terdefinisi dengan baik namun belum terkelola seutuhnya termasuk aspek implementasi aplikasi EA. AbstractDeveloping an Enterprise Architecture is a form of implementation of good corporate IT governance. The development of EA in the company aims for a continuous improvement mission in the Information and Communication Technology and Data Management (ICT & DM) division of PT. Pertamina Hulu Energi. EA application development based on the results of the previous year's IT Audit assessment recommendations. IT audit resulted in suggestions for the implementation of the company's EA application is still minimal. Evaluation is needed to create more those suggestions. Evaluation is an activity that starts from observing the object, then analyzes it to produce an output that changes the original form. Evaluation aspects used in this paper uses the Control Objective for Information and Related Technology (COBIT) 4.1 framework to measure the IT maturity level of the IT process. The assessment domain is Plan and Organization (PO) and Acquire and Implement (AI). The selected domains are on a list of the company's stakeholder business needs. The domains represent an aspect of the EA application which currently implementing. Based on the results of the previous year's assessment, the ICT & DM division has already reached IT-maturity level 3 (Defined Process). Assessments results when the research commended were still at level 3 with a detailed score of 3.466 for the PO domain and 3.642 for the AI domain. It means the company already has several processes which carried out regularly and are well defined but not yet fully managed, including the implementation aspects of the EA application.

Abstract

Kota Batu is one Agropolitan city located in East Java province with huge potential for development in agriculture. Apple is a fruit plant that can live well in the highlands. This plant in Indonesia since 1934. As other fruit crops, apples are also susceptible to the disease. Maintaining plants from disease is also an attempt to preserve the environment. One form of such vandalism is negligence of farmers in preserving plants from disease. Making this system an attempt to perform human roles. This system is expected to help farmers, in particular, to be able to identify precisely the apple crop diseases and appropriate. So can meminimalisi impact. This application is developed using PHP programming language and MySQL database. Both are a combination of the most popular in the manufacture of web-based applications. While the inference method used is Backward chaining which is based on the tracking of data or facts then led to the conclusion in the form of conclusions pests or diseases that attack the apple crop. Tests performed by comparing the suitability of the output with the diagnosis expert system. And of the 30 test cases the data obtained accuracy rate modeling expert system testing using methods Certainty Factor on apple crop disease diagnosis system amounted to 93.3%. With the accuracy of the results indicate that the system is able to replace the role of experts.

Abstract

One of the dissemination media of information related to services and facilities provided by Jawa Timur Park is via the website. jawatimurparkgroup.com is one of Jawa Timur Park's official website which can be accessed by domestic travelers and foreign tourists. In disseminating information, one aspect that is preferred in the comfort of use of an information system is the usability aspect. So far there are several methods in the evaluation of one of them is a method Heuristic Evaluation. In this study, the evaluation process carried out two stages: an initial evaluation website Jawa Timur Park Group and evaluation of improvement website Jawa Timur Park Group is based on 10 principles Heuristic Evaluation, such as H1 - Visibility of system status, H2 - Macth Between System and The Real Word , H3 - User Control and Freedom, H4 - Consistency and Standards, H5 - Error Prevention, H6 - Recognition Rather Than Recall, H7 - Flexibility and Efficiency of Use, H8 - Aesthethic and Minimalist Design, H9 - Helps Users Recognize, Diagnose, and Errors recovers, and H10 - Help and Documentation. Based on the evaluation, the problems are most commonly found in the category H8 principle - Aesthethic and Minimalist Design. In addition, it is also necessary improvement and further development of the website Jawa Timur Park Group is based on a comparison between the results of the initial evaluation and a second evaluation on the improvement of the website are still many problems found.

Abstract

Website is an important part of information technology. We can not deny that the role of thewebsite is essential in almost all aspect of life, especially for an organization or company, including thegovernment. Education Department of Malang is one of many goverment agency that implement awebsite. But since 2008 Education Department of Malang website evaluation has not been done so theydon't have any idea which is the website have a good quality or not and the website get a lot complainabout unattractive design and uneffective feature. This study analyzes and measures the service qualityof Education Department of Malang website from enduser point. User data obtained by distributingquestionnaires based on three dimensions at WebQual 4.0 the dimensions of usability, information andservice interaction. Then the results of the questionnaire were analyzed by Importance PerformanceAnalysis (IPA). The analysis showed that Malang Department of Education website does not complywith the expectations of users with the results of analysis of suitability of 94.43% or <100% and theaverage yield gap analysis of-0.1675 or <0. Priority improvement on this website are the attributes ofnumber 9, 13 and 16, which is an attribute in Quadrant A.

Abstract

The endocrine system is a gland system that acts on the human body whose secretedness called as hormones. Hormones are chemicals which carried within the bloodstream to tissues and organs and then stimulate hormones to perform certain actions. Hormones work directly into the blood without going through the ductus. Endocrine disease is very dangerous and can even lead to death if it were not treated immediately. In the BPJS system that implemented by the Indonesian government, general practitioners serve as the main gateway in diagnosing the disease or determining whether to be referred to a specialist. In the case of endocrine disease patients, it is very dangerous if not treated early, whereas referral process to a specialist or hospital takes a long time due to many patients who come. The purpose of this modelling system is one way done that aims to provide early help for patients with endocrine diseases. This application is developed by using PHP programming language using CodeIgniter framework and MySQL database. The process of calculating the diagnosis of disease using the Dempster-Shafer method. Testing is done by comparing the conformity of results between the diagnosis of the system and the results of expert diagnosis. Based on 35 tested data, obtained 91.428% test accuracy level indicating that modeling expert system diagnosis of endocrine disease with dempster-shafer method can well functioned

Abstract

In conducting a software project, the success of the project should begin with a proper planning. If the planning is considered as bad, it will cause the failure of the project. One of the example of failure projects takes place on the time swelling of the Time swelling can lead to the swelling of the project cost. One of the project planning phase is the project cost estimation. Project cost estimation constitutes time, cost and number estimation of employees working on the project. The cost estimation of this research uses COCOMO II method. COCOMO II method provide a cost estimation technique which aims to determine how long is the process of software development and the number of employees needed to finish the software project. To describe the characteristics of the project, COCOMO II method uses Scale Driver and Effort Multipliers questionnaires which are distributed to the entire project team. To illustrate the complexity of the system that will be done, the value of Unadjusted Function Point is used in each process of Monitoring Information System and Evaluation of Achieved-Student Scholarship Enrollment of UIN Malang which are obtained from Data Flow Diagram analysis. Abstract

Agriculture still plays an important role in the economy in the Batu City. In addition to horticultural plants, the Batu City is also a producer of rice plant though not many areas planted with rice. According to the results of the interviews from the Department of Agriculture and Forestry of Batu City, within one year, the land planted with rice only once or twice that should be done 3 times. It is because the farmers do not know the land is actually appropriate or not for rice plant. Department of Agriculture and Forestry of Batu City currently does not yet have data related to whether the land is actually appropriate or not for planting rice. The data is required, so it can be used as a reference in managing agricultural land. To get the results of the land suitability, this study will apply the methods of GIS-MCDA (Multi Criteria Decision Analysis), which used the 9 criterias that affect the suitability of the land and the results will be applied in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) based on the web. GIS based on the web (Web-GIS) is built according to the architectural design. Web-GIS architecture consists of 3 layers, i.e. the Client Layer, Service Layer, and Layer Support. Based on the results of land suitability analysis, this research get 4 results of land suitability class i.e., S1, S2, S3, and NS. Total area of suitability class S1 is 739.42 ha with percentage 3.7%, total area of suitability class S2 is 7375.91 ha with percentage 37%, total area of suitability class S3 is 3706.20 ha with percentage 18.6%, and total area of suitability class NS is 8120.02 ha with percentage 40.7%.

Abstract

Getting qualified human resources to fill vacant positions is certainly not an easy matter. Both agencies and companies generally use selection to get staff according to established criteria. Selection is done because it sees the important role of staff in helping run the wheel of the workplace concerned. Getting the staff with the desired abilities will certainly have a good impact not only on the related places but also on the existing resources. This research uses Profile Matching and Weighted Product method to assist the selection process. Both methods are selected because the Profile Matching is considered to help the human resources or team selection in giving the weight of the value according to the level of importance of the criteria for the position offered. While Weighted Product is the best method according to Vijay Manikrao Athawale and Shankar Chakraborty for robot selection. Based on the test performed, the accuracy obtained from the incorporation of this method is 80%.

Abstract

Heart is an organ which is very important in the body that pumps blood. Many people can suffered heart disease caused by unhealthy lifestyle. Most of the deaths, according to the report of the World Health Organization (WHO), caused by cardiovascular disease that cause 17.7 million or approximately 45%. For people who suffers with heart disease, take care of food consumption is important in order to be healthy again. This research will be conducted on the giving food ingredients for the patients who suffers cardiovascular disease whose can continue their treatment in their home.Research conducted is optimizing the composition of the food ingredients for cardiovascular disease outpatient by using particle swarm optimization algorithm which the results will be displayed in the program is data such as age, weight, height, along with recommended of food ingredients and minimum price of each food ingredients.This algorithm consists stages of initialize particles, calculating fitness value, define pbest and gbest value, calculating velocity and position of particles. The results from this research, it is found that the optimal parameters are the number of particles are 40 particles, the value of ωmax is 0,75, the value of ωmin is 0,25, the value of C1 is 2, the value of C2 is 2 and the number of maximum iterations are 80 iterations. The results of the program using these parameters resulted in an average difference from actual patients data and the results from the program of 4,67%. Moreover, the result of this research can reduce expenses up to 14,68%.
