Abstract

Human Resources (HR) is one of the important things that determines the success of the services of a company, one of the things done to prepare a good HR is to launch a program of Job Training (PKL) or also known as an internship. PT.Gramedia Asri Media became one of the companies implementing the internship program, but the existing internship program was still carried out manually by distributing information to tertiary institutions via email. This journal aims to create an apprenticeship information system design by developing a system using the prototyping method so that the apprenticeship process can be carried out in a single system from the dissemination of information to the resolution of administrative problems related to finance and the need for an apprenticeship approval document. The system development method used therein is the prototyping method that starts from analyzing user needs to creating a User Interface (UI) that is easily understood by the user. The apprenticeship information system is expected to make the apprenticeship process more effective both in registering and processing the internship data contained therein.

Abstract

Semarang City Public Works Department is a state-owned enterprise that works in the area of public services in the city of Semarang. Most of the technological conditions in the Public Works Department are still in manual data management, which is hampering business processes from going well. Therefore this research was conducted to design an Information System at the Semarang City Public Works Department using the Enterprise Architecture Planning (EAP) method which includes a SWOT analysis and Value Chain analysis. The existing framework in the Enterprise Architecture Planning (EAP) method can help align the data architecture and application architecture to get the expected results, which is achieving the business objectives of the City of Semarang Public Works Department so that business functions can run by the desired business processes. This research resulted in several proposals for the development of Information Systems and Information Technology in organizations including the development of several applications in the next 5 years.

Abstract

Information on population data is quite important information for stakeholders. Information on population data is often used in various ways such as aiding, or government activities related to population data. The information that is often needed is related to the actual existence of the population in order to conduct a census or other social interests. For this reason, in this study the development of a population mapping information system in Tugumulyo sub-district was made as an effort to provide information to the public regarding population data. In the process of developing information systems, web engineering development methods are used. Web engineering method is a method used to develop a web-based information system. The results of the development in the form of a population distribution information system with the main features of population data information are presented in the form of tables, graphics and maps. In addition, the information displayed can be seen based on the sub-district and also the village or village in the sub-district

Abstract

Abstrak Kesehatan reproduksi menjadi permasalahan yang sering didapatkan remaja. Pengetahuan remaja tentang kesehatan reproduksi dan kurangnya mendapatkan informasi tentang kesehatan reproduksi membuat remaja terjebak pada permasalahan yang berkaitan dengan seks bebas, terkena penyakit infeksi menular seks bahkan kehamilan tidak diinginkan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran pengetahuan remaja dan keterpaparan informasi remaja di Provinsi Sumatera Utara.Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian observasional dengan design crossectinal.Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah remaja perempuan dan laki-laki yang belum menikah dengan rentang usia 15-24 tahun dari rumah tangga terpilih yang berdomisili di Provinsi Sumatera Utara yang berjumlah 1123 orang.Penelitian ini menggunakan sumber data sekunder yang berasal dari Survei Indikator Kinerja Rencana Pembangunan Jangka Menengah Nasional Tahun 2017.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa masih banyak yang tidak tahu tentang masa subur wanita sebanyak 46,7% dan tidak pernah mendengar istilah masa subur sebanyak 9.8%. Remaja ternyata masih banyak yang tidak tahu tentang HIV/AIDS sebanyak 12,6% dan pernah mendengar tentang HIV/AIDS sebanyak 87,6%. Remaja ternyata masih banyak yang tidak tahu tentang infeksi menular seks sebanyak 42,7% dan pernah mendengar tentang tentang infeksi menular seks sebanyak 57,3%. Masih banyak yang tidak tahu tentang remaja perempuan dapat hamil hanya dalam sekali hubungan sebanyak 19,1% , responden menjawab remaja perempuan tidak dapat hamil hanya dalam sekali hubungan sebanyak 15% dan remaja perempuan dapat hamil hanya dalam sekali hubungan sebanyak 65,9%.Dari hasil penelitian ini disarankan kepada BKKBN Kabupaten/Kota di Provinsi Sumatera Utara untuk lebih intens dalam mensosialisasikan tentang kesehatan reproduksi pada remaja agar dapat menciptakan keluarga yang bahagia. Remaja diharapkan dapat mencari informasi yang benar tentang kesehatan reproduksi agar dapat mengurangi resiko terjadinya perilaku beresiko. Adolescents ' knowledge of reproductive health and reduction getting information on health recovery makes adolescents spared free sex-related problems, discussing infectious diseases The purpose of this research is to study the overview of Adolescents ' knowledge and the exposure of adolescent information in North Sumatra province.This research is a type of observational research with cross-sectional design. The samples used in this study were teenage girls and unmarried men with a range of ages 15 - 24 years of selected households domiciled in the province of North Sumatra which resulted in 1123 people. The study used secondary data sources issued from the National Medium Term Development Plan performance Indicators survey in 2017.The results showed that many still do not know about women's fertile period of 46.7% and never heard the term fertile period of 9.8%. Teenagers are still many who do not know about HIV/AIDS as much as 12.6% and have heard about HIV/AIDS as much as 87.6%. Teenagers are still many who do not know about sexually transmitted infections by as much as 42.7% and have heard of sexually transmitted infections as much as 57.3%. There are still many who do not know about women can conceive only in one relationship of 19.1%, respondents answered girls can not conceive only in one relationship as much as 15%, and girls can conceive only in one relationship as much as 65.9%.From the results of this study, tell BKKBN Regency/city in North Sumatera province to be more intense in socializing about reproductive health in adolescents in order to produce a happy family. Abstract

ABSTRACT PT. Sintech Berkah Abadi is one of the providers of software solutions in the global market, providing business-based and high-tech solutions for customers throughout Indonesia. At present in terms of archiving data that is accessed is still using a manual system and not yet computerized, the process of searching for archives is quite time consuming and making reports still uses Microsoft Excel. This study aims to design a web-based archival classification information system to make it easier to manage file management properly. In this study using data collection methods namely observation, interviews and literature study. In the system analysis method used is the SWOT analysis, the design method used is Extreme Programming (XP). The results of the system design by using a web-based system can facilitate users in inputting data, storing data, searching for data, and making more accurate archive reports, so that archiving can run effectively and efficiently. Abstract

ABSTRACT Basically, companies always want to provide the best service, including in providing training in various types of programming languages ??that are owned. A manual system and very slow dissemination of information make the training often very few people want to follow. A computerized training management information system will make it easier for companies to collect data quickly, and also make it easy for prospective applicants to quickly get information about existing training. The management has the duty to manage all matters related to the training, from managing the data of the trainees to the organization of the training. The method used is Extreme Programming (XP) an approach or software development model that tries to simplify the various stages in the development process so that it becomes more adaptive and flexible. Abstract

This study aimed to investigate the effect of information technology on the cooperative insurance industry, Shiekan Insurance and Reinsurance Company – Sudan as a case study. The study has achieved in the hypothesis that there is a strong positive relationship between the application of information technology system and the development of management and performance of Shiekan Insurance Company. The study found that the majority of dealers in the Sudanese insurance market have weak in dealing with technology. The study concluded that there a clear impact of information technology and achieving a competitive advantage of Shiekan Insurance company. The study recommends the need to move to the use of technology in the insurance sector in Sudan, especially in the Shiekan Insurance Company because it will have a clear impact on the speed of completion of transactions and claims and save costs. Abstract

Abstract This study investigates the effect on leadership, Professionalism Apparatus, and availability of Information Technology and Budgeting fairly on Directorate General of Small and Medium Enterprises of the Ministry of Industry in accordance with the need to improve the effectiveness of program development and growth of SMEs. To determine whether these independent variables influencing dependent variables Program Effectiveness either partially or simultaneously. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and literature study, data collected were tabulated and analyzed using Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) devices and computer aids. The data analysis focused on the validity, reliability, normality test, multicollinearity, double correlation F test and t test. The Result of research showed that 69% Leadership influences the apparatus professionalism and 75.20% there are significant Information Technology 17.70%, and there are significant budgeting to Program effectiveness of 8.20%. The results of this study are expected to provide an indication that respondents tend to think positively to the statement which is designed in the form of a questionnaire, it shows the programs that are presented for the development and growth of Small and medium enterprise effectively. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of confidence (trust) and Quality Information and Decision on Interest Buy Pebelian (Studies in Samarinda Shopee customers). Online shopping How to use the Internet through computers and mobile devices is increasingly popular smartphone can even be said to have become the trend of today. The population in this study is the customer who Shopee samarinda use application Shopee in transacting online, The samples in this study as many as 150 respondents. Methods Data collection is done by providing a list of questions or questionnaires to respondents that the study sample, where questionnaires were distributed through WhatApp application. This study uses data analysis tools is to test the validity and reliability test, then this research analysis method of partial least square (PLS).
